Romantic Studio Cottage on 60 Wooded Acres

Located in beautiful Nelson County, also known as Virginia's Wine Country, we invite you to experience unparalleled comfort and relaxation.

Our charming studio cottage offers the opportunity to unwind amid beautiful landscapes and abundant wildlife. With fold-away doors that disappear for an unobstructed view, a large screened-in front porch, and our outdoor tub, you can be a part of nature no matter where you are. Lay on the king size bed and watch the sun track across the mountains or soak in the outdoor tub with a glass of wine, gazing at the stars.

Nestled on a gentle hillside with almost sixty acres to explore, peaceful adventure is all around you. Find all three ponds on the property, hike to Uhler Point, or walk through the garden to watch the chickens play. For those who wish for adventure outside of Perkins Hollow, the Nelson 151 Brew Trail and the Route 29 Wine Corridor well within driving distance. Just a few miles down the road is the award-winning Delfosse Winery or go spend time at the idyllic Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard a little further away.

You will have the entire cottage to yourself. However, the property is shared with my brother's family but you will not see them unless they are working in the garden or tending to the chickens in the morning and evening.

The morning of your arrival, we will send you the codes for the lock and you will be able to check yourself in as well as check yourself out the morning of your departure.

Electric and motor vehicles (dirt bikes, ATVs, 4-wheelers, etc) are not permitted on the property.
NO HUNTING.
You may fish CATCH AND RELEASE only with BARBLESS hooks.
