Free Spirit Cabin is the perfect place to quiet your soul and free your spirit to experience all the beauty of nature and the serenity that our National Forest offers.

You will find that our cabin has a rustic feel with all the modern conveniences. The spacious bedroom has a king bed along with an inviting claw foot bathtub. A foldout couch in the living room can accommodate extra guests. Free Spirit features a full kitchen and dining area.

And who wants to stay indoors with the magnificent National Park at your doorstep? Our large covered porch brings the outdoors out so you can relax while sipping your favorite wine or grilling burgers and sharing laughs. On a clear night there is a wonderful view of the stars in all their glory! Don’t forget to enjoy an evening in the hot tub under the covered porch while feeling close to nature!

Free Spirit is located in the beautiful Timber Creek subdivision and easy walking distance to restaurants, brewery, and local attractions.

Stayed at free spirit cabin

Overall the stay was perfect. Lots of wildlife, the jacuzzi was perfect. Only thing I’d suggest doing is installing a few lights around the fire pit area to see the wildlife better at night

Would have been a great place had it bot been for the ants. Our food was attacked just unloading our bags. We had to put it all in the refrig. And they clumg to my shirt as I was standing at the sink. Quite annoying!

Serene but a little confusing

The location was very nice. Lots of woods around. At the end of a road so there was not much traffic at all. A little confusing when we got inside, there was an info book with information with a different cabin name on it. It also said that it was not dog friendly. The one we rented and the poster inside on the fridge said it was dog friendly. Also, the address listed on VRBO is not the address of the cabin.

Great weekend

This was the perfect home away from home for our planned adventures for the surrounding areas. There was a slight miscommunication with the check-in and getting the key code. After calling the listed number, the property Manager’s were extremely helpful. Their initial email stated that the location on Google maps was not accurate. They gave us specific directions to our splendid rental. We didn't get to utilize the firepit and roast any marshmallows due to the burn ban but maybe next time. We had a great time nonetheless. I highly recommend even if we had a snafu or two, it was the perfect couple's retreat.
