Welcome to our ranch style home in Aurora. You are welcome to use the entire upper level and back yard of our home. We live in the basement and have our own separate entrance. We work from home and are in and out most of the day. You are welcome to use the kitchen and anything in it. During your stay we will not use the kitchen. It’s all yours. We will give you all the privacy you need, but please don’t hesitate to say hi when you see us out.

Fun 4th Getaway

We had a great time staying here!! The patio at night was so relaxing! Neighbors were so nice and watched the fireworks being lit around us. Would recommend staying here to anyone!! Great hosts!!

Another comfortable stay

This was our second stay at this property. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The owners are responsive and available. We especially enjoy the peaceful back deck to relax in the evening.

Beautiful home!

This property was everything myself and my family could hope for. This was not just a house but a home! We enjoyed the beautiful outside deck which helped create special family memories as we shared our meals together.

The home is lovely, set right in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood, away from the chaos, crowds, traffic, and noise of the hotel/restaurant/highway-dominated areas. It’s perfect for families looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful stay. We were lucky enough to stay for a few nights and woke each morning well-rested and with the energy to get out and enjoy the area. Not something one often gets in a hotel, with people coming and going at all hours.Check-in was quick and easy, and the hosts are great. We didn’t actually get to meet, but communicating with them through the portal was easier than going to a hotel’s front desk to ask about something, and so much more convenient, imho, because it allows them to respond when they get the opportunity. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law, so staying at the house allowed us to not share a hotel room, and sit together (not on someone’s bed) while figuring out the logistics for the next part(s) of our little adventure. When it wasn’t raining (which was beautiful to watch, we live in a desert), we spent much of our time at the house out in the backyard, enjoying the weather and the green, especially in the mornings as we made plans over our coffee. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a few miles, which leaves plenty of stress less dining options, and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything we may have needed, and it honestly felt like we were home. It was wonderful.

Great but cold

The house was great. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was spacious, and there are some nice, personal touches throughout the house that just make it feel like a home. My only complaint is that the two front bedrooms were really cold

Great Place in Aurora CO

This stay was Awesome. Owner was on site for any issues but none came up. I would definitely do this Property again. Only item that I found a problem was the Bath off the Master. It’s a bit small and complicated within the showers

South Aurora

Stayed here because it was close to our old neighborhood, The Farm, and wanted to visit our friends that live nearby. This home is very close to Quincy Reservoir, Cheery Creek State Park, and many shopping areas. The home was very cozy. Did not use all the amenities offered but you will feel like you are home. We had great communication with the owners. Have questions, just ask the owners.

New Years in Colorado

Property was adequate for our needs, price, size and location.However, cleanliness was an issue. Had to clean the coffee maker and air fryer to use, they were pretty dirty.Hand washed dishes most of the time because the dishwasher looked unsanitary.

Clean and comfortable, beautiful back yard

We had a pleasant stay. The home was clean and comfortable. This home is conveniently located just off Quincy, easy to get to and close to where we wanted to go. The host is friendly and quick to respond. Checking in and out was easy with a coded lockbox. Nice size kitchen and living room area, huge TVs in the living room and one bedroom, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The back yard is beautiful with trees and flowers, string lights, and a big deck with table and chairs. The weather was rainy quite a bit of our time there, but we were able to enjoy sitting out on the deck on one of the evenings, and it was delightful.

Quick trip

The house was perfect for our needs. My husband had to have surgery and was notified in late June that the doctor had an unexpected opening in early July. We felt very lucky to find a house on short notice and over the 4th of July weekend. We did not get to meet Brenda but met her husband who was friendly and helpful with directions,etc. The yard looked inviting but we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. My suggestions for the property. The master bathroom shower needs some kind of storage for soap, shampoo etc. also, luggage racks for the bedrooms,

great location

Great property, worked very well for us during our stay for an event at the Arapohoe County Fair Grounds, easy 10-15 minute drive. Also close to restaurants, stores, golf courses. Brenda was a great host, very helpful, allowed us to adjust our stay by a day with no issues, also to check in early, and let us borrow a cooler during our stay.
