The extra convenient village shuttle offers complimentary rides to the base village and ski area less than a 10-minute ride away -- just steps from your door!
LIVING AREAS
Snuggle up on two comfy sofas next to the wood-burning fireplace. Take in mountain views through the glass doors or watch a movie on the 60â TV.
A loft overlooks the living area. This bonus sleeping space has a twin daybed and twin trundle, a 50â TV, bean bag chairs, and a desk.
KITCHEN & DINING
Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Perch at the four-seat kitchen bar while the chef prepares meals on the electric range.
Savor home-cooked meals at the dining table with seating for up to eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This third-level condo has three bedrooms and a loft that sleeps up to eight guests. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Comfort awaits on a king bed with new Casper mattress in the primary bedroom, complete with a 32â TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides a king bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds are found in the upstairs third bedroom, while the third bathroom has a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
Breathe the mountain air on your private balcony with views overlooking the pool area, Snowmass Mountain, and the Continental Divide. Fire up the grill and relax on two chairs.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the outdoor parking lot. A washer/dryer and Wi-Fi are provided.
Snowmass Condos offer access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and recreation room. The complimentary shuttle arrives every 15 minutes providing transportation to the base village and ski area. (It also connects with the shuttle to Aspen.)
Please note that access to this condo is via one flight of stairs. Also note that the neighborhood is strict regarding the 10 PM noise ordinance, no pets, and no smoking.
There is a crib in the upstairs closet available for guest use. The bunk beds are not suited for adults, children and teenagers only, please.
LOCATION
Fantastic restaurant options abound at Snowmass Village, including pizza by the slice, Mexican fare, American bites or upscale dining. On the slopes, enjoy ski-in/ski-out eateries like BBQ, comfort food, and organic food restaurants.
Non-skiers can check out a wide array of off-slope activities and adventures including hot-air balloon rides, dog-sled tours, tubing, snowmobiling, or a moonlight snowshoe excursion. Donât miss the complimentary s'mores at both the Base Village and the Village Mall fire pits (3:30pmâ4:30pm daily throughout the winter season).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
