Enjoy sipping a beverage in our courtyard and taking a swim in your own, private unheated dipping pool during warmer weather!

This historic cottage is an absolute Savannah gem! Located in the downtown historic district. This sweet 2-bed, 1-bath bungalow is a duplex, with completely private and separate entrance and backyard, you will be just steps from all of the amazing restaurants and sites our Southern city has to offer! Getting Around:

Our number one recommendation? Explore Savannah on foot! The city is very walkable and SO scenic! With all the squares, history, and culture, we definitely think a slow Southern stroll is the best way to get around. Not your speed? Don’t worry! There are ample Ubers, pedicabs, and bike rental options available as well! AND Savannah has recently started offering a FREE trolley shuttle that makes navigating all other downtown super easy and quick!



Other Things to Note:

You may either park your vehicle right on the street out front or on the nearby side streets if you prefer (E Harris or E Charlton). There are typically plenty of spaces available and it is free on the one side of E. Harris and the one side of E. Charlton. The metered parking spaces are free after 5 PM until 8 AM and Sunday all day.

Great lil place to relax and sightsee

The home was just what we need to relax after a day of sightseeing. Great location. No issues with parking. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

Well Situated

Nice spacious place. Walk to downtown or easy drive. Quiet area. Hosts were very responsive to a TV issue that was easily resolved.

The cottage was just enough for our get away! Cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Matt was awesome to deal with and made sure everything was good for our stay! Definitely recommend.

National Beta convention trip

Beds were comfy! Not a lot of room for a sit down meal but we planned to eat meals out while we were there anyway. Stayed cool inside. Pool was refreshing after a hot day of being outside!

Great location.

Great location, House is very small. We knew that going in. A few things are in need of repair. but house was very clean and neat. Enjoyed sitting outside every evening. Overall great .

Perfect little place for 2

First off the beds are phenomenal! We loved the back area including the dipping pool. Landscapers/pool cleaners came each day to ensure area was tidy and pool was cleaned of leaves etc. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer in unit. Parking was plenty but we had to move our car each night for street sweeps. The owner was very responsive and area was safe. (About 2 blocks the area is a little sketchy.) Overall, it was walkable to most destinations in the historic district.(about a mile or so)

It was small, but cute. We had construction going on across the street and got woke up @ 6:45 Saturday morning to loud music from the workers. Popped in some ear buds and I slept great

Great!

This house was so cute and we definitely will stay there again when we come back to Savannah! Location was also wonderful! We didn’t have to drive or Uber the entire time…just walked to get to all destinations!
