Overall, the description was very accurate. Have all the things we need. The room in the attic does get very warm and the bathroom could use a little renovation to address the rust on the closet track and shower curtain rod.

As the Owner, I believe the guest comments about rust on the closet door track and shower rod are valid and legitimate. I made the exact same observations. And, so this has motivated me to have both repaired and replaced immediately, and I thank our guest for bringing this to our attention so we, as host, can address it. We rely upon our guest to point these things out to us. Mahalo!

This is, all told, a fantastic and very comfortable place to stay. It was so nice to have no shortage of comfy surfaces -3 beds and a couch- to come back to after days of hiking and exploration. The place is diagonally across the street from an expanse to look out at the ocean from, and a very short walk from Hideaway Beach. The amenities were great; so nice to have a stove and a working washer/dryer [for how consistently muddy you'll get while hiking..]. If you're staying on the North side, go for it. There was only briefly an issue with running water, turned off for testing upon arrival, which the owners resolved as quickly as they could and which was hardly a problem throughout the week. I'd stay here again, no hesitation, as even if one wasn't bounding around every day like I did it would be a great spot to hang out and enjoy the balcony view with nothing to make the process arduous.

This is a very cool location and perfect jump off spot for many outdoor things to see in Princeville area. Walk out the door to a walking running trail and ocean view.Place was well appointed.

This is an excellent property for a family stay. The outside views are unbeatable - both the front and back. We had a lot of rainbows visible from the porch, and so many beautiful birds coming to visit on the patio. Strongly recommended!

Perfect Location

We had a short, but amazing stay. This property was walkable to some great snorkeling spots (with sea turtles) and very well located for the north side of the island. Our two boys loved the loft bedroom and we found everything we needed at the property. We will stay here again next time we visit Princeville.

I’ve stayed in multiple condos at Hale Moi. This has 3 beds vs 1 typically so it is ideal for multiple people. Great location. Amazing view.

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, salt & pepper, etc. The host was friendly and so helpful. But I had to give it four stars because the loft sleeping area was so hot as to be unusable for sleeping. We had to pull a mattress downstairs and have our kids sleep in the dining area because the single, tiny window unit air conditioner simply cannot cool the loft sleeping space. It's a nice apartment if you're not using the upstairs beds, but we booked it because we wanted that extra sleeping space and just couldn't use it.
