Fantastic stay

I wanted to express how incredible the accommodations at the house were. There were plenty of games for both kids and adults, including a play pool, shuffleboard, and ping pong, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. The fire pit was also amazing in the afternoon for making s'mores and watching wildlife.

We took a family trip and it was great! The cabin was beautiful. The only thing wrong was that we had to leave.

We absolutely loved this cabin! The ping pong table and pool table were a huge hit with our group! The cabin is surrounded by beautiful woods that we had so much fun exploring. The dining area (we were all able to sit together!) and living room were spacious and comfortable for our party of nine, and we especially loved the opening from the kitchen to the outdoor area. It made everyone feel connected, whether they were inside or outside.We honestly could have spent our entire vacation at the cabin and been perfectly happy! There was so much to do, and it was such a relaxing place to spend time together. The location was also great, just a short 20 min drive to Beavers Bend State Park, where we enjoyed hiking and kayaking (Beaver Bend River Float has a very relaxing and beautiful kayak ride which allowed our 3 year old- the others have rapids and minimum age of 6 years old)The host was wonderful and very responsive whenever we reached out. The only minor downsides were that the cornhole boards were rotting (we're big corn hole fans) and the hot tub developed an unpleasant smell with black grime after a couple of days. We applied the pool chemicals as directed and the smell went away. However, none of those things took away from our overall experience.We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely love to come back someday! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Location, Great Cabin!

Needed a last minute booking due to severe weather in our home area, Jaci and the rest of the staff were beyond helpful and accommodating, quick to respond and assist us if we had any questions or needed help. The cabin itself is amazing, large open areas to hang out with the family, plenty of rooms and beds. A great out door patio to relax before making your way to the private hot tub.

A memorable stay and an amazing place with lots of room

Our group of five families, including young children, had an incredible experience at this property. Its convenient location near Broken Bow city offers a tranquil escape into nature. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even requested an extra day! The spacious house easily accommodated everyone, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation effortless. Additionally, the support team was outstanding, providing prompt and helpful assistance whenever needed. We can't wait to return in the future.

Everything and More

This cabin was everything and more. We have been coming to Broken Bow for over 15 years and this may be our favorite cabin to date. We didn’t come to just stay at the cabin all day but we could have easily done just that. It was perfect place to decompress, relax, and play. We shared a lot laughs and created a lot of memories. Already telling my other friends and family that this is the cabin to rent again!!

Family time

We had the most amazing stay at Throwin' Shade! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and truly didn't need to leave the property. The attention to detail was unmatched. They had everything we needed and so much more that we didn't even know we needed. The home was picture perfect upon arrival and checkout was refreshingly easy! All the stars!!!

Nice area

Check in was easy. Tornado shelter was helpful during our stay. House needs some maintance. Dishwasher was broken and waiting on parts, master bathtub leaked and whirlpool was broken, hot tub was not working to keep the temperature hot and most of games(ping pong/pool table were missing pieces and were broken. Couch and rugs smelled of urine. Found lots of trash from whoever was there before us. Paid almost 2000.00 for 2 nights. Too many issues for the price.
