Located minutes from White Sands National Park, Holloman Air Force Base, and top regional employers, our properties are ideal for military TDY, official government travel, corporate lodging, and vacation stays.

Each fully furnished private room features high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and modern kitchen, full laundry facilities, and inviting common areas. Weekly housekeeping, complimentary parking, and elevated cleaning standards ensure a seamless, secure guest experience.

Guests are provided with toiletries and laundry supplies during their stay. A 24-hour virtual concierge is available for local recommendations and support.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has 5 nice bedrooms and a great layout. The living room sofa was great a larger group too. It was nice to have a back yard to hang out.

There were unanticipated small problems that became evident in first day, such as WiFi not working, refridgerator water filter and ice maching not working. We were very pleased that management was very speedy in addressing these problems, and resolved them quickly. The accommodations were great overall and met our needs very well.

This was a very comfortable home with lots of space allowing both privacy and gathering spaces. The home was very clean, well equipped and in a very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for spending time in Alamogordo.

Landing Place

Perfect place to land when PCSing to the area while waiting for our household goods to arrive. Lovely home, tons of space for a family of four, very well stocked kitchen. Will stay again when the time comes to leave!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at the Aviator Den. The house was clean and big enough for our family to spread out and have our own space. It also was equipped for us to be able to cook many meals and share them together as a big family. We enjoyed time in the backyard watching the sunrise over the mountains. The owners were always quick in response if we had any questions or concerns. The check in and check out process was easy. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to stay here. The Aviator Den was just what we needed to be able to relax and enjoy family time after sight seeing.
