Hale Hui Kai 302 Two bedroom Two bath with AC and Garden Views

Spacious vaulted ceiling in master King bedroom with views of sun rise. Guest bedroom also has a King size bed, unit sleeps 4 people. Two full baths travertine tile through-out. High end appliances in kitchen with desk in corner capturing the ocean view. Central air conditioning through out utilizing insulated windows inside the louvers to keep this unit quiet.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W15408628-01

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Hale Hui Kai for going on 15 years now. Unit #302 is probably our favorite...and we have been in 4-5 other units over the years. In comparison to other units, the amenities we enjoy in #302 are AC, granite counters/island, new living room furniture, king beds, and full tiled/glass standing showers. It may not have a smart TV, however, while in HA, we’re on the beach or out on an activity exploring. The ocean view is not the greatest from this unit, however, we just go down to the lanai or beach. Oh, and watching the sunset every evening from the lanai or lawn is one of our high points at Hale Hui Kai! You can’t go wrong with this unit. Bryce, as always, was a complete pleasure to work with. I had a tricky schedule this year and the rest of the Bello Realty team I worked with, Jessica & Jason, were also very understanding and accommodating...I appreciated that.

The kitchen was somewhat sparse in terms of cooking equipment but we managed. We could not figure out how to work the remotes for the AC. While comfy I would not book this apartment again.
