Lakeview Escape at Winnisquam - Cozy & Serene

Welcome to our classic lakefront condo, overlooking Lake Winnisquam on the second floor of the Lord Hampshire Motel. Great lakefront location near attractions, restaurants and white mountains. a few steps down to a beach with clean shallow water, soft sandy bottom for swimming or spending a day on the lake with everything you need to enjoy the lake during the summer and autumn. Or go on an adventure in New Hampshire's magical trails where you can hike or bike.

Our unit has a private lake view screened porch, a queen bed, a sectional couch that folds down for an additional person to sleep, small kitchenette (no stove but there is a two burner cooktop), a full bathroom and a Lake access just a few steps away.

Guests can enjoy large deck with chairs and tables, a day dock to relax on , private swimming area, a playground and a Seasonal game room with pool-table and two arcade style games (bring your quarters).

Enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating and more on lake Winnisquam and return to our cozy cottage to recharge.

The sheets, blanket and comforter where not the right size for the bed. Other than that it was good. Nice screened in porch, dock to sit on and beach area was nice and quiet. Just wish I knew it was on the second floor, I have a difficult time with stairs but over all it was nice. Thank you.

Bike Week

The place was nice after we finally got settled. First, we didn’t have the code to get in. The hosts seemed to annoyed that I was bothering them. We finally got in and then the AC went out. The property manager was able to put us in another room. Things went well after that.

Clean room. Tight parking. No designated parking for each particular room. Property is just a few feet from busy road, so it is very noisy. No hair dryer. No silverware. Ice machine out of order. Lake access is a hard, or impossible, walk for those who are handicapped. No office personnel available when I needed towels, or supplies.

Perfect Relaxing Weekend

My wife and I enjoyed relaxing on the patio on the water. We read books, swam, kayaked, and used the floating dock too. We could not have asked for more! Will stay again:))

It was perfect. Only one thing was the parking. Cones were placed around different spots so at times it was hard to get a parking place. It says o e vehicle per room but not sure that happened.

Simply wonderful!

Where to start? Our stay in this studio was perfect. It it very clean and nicely decorated. The views from the screened in deck are amazing. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We are very much looking forward to staying here in the future.
