Nice location with great access to 215! This was a ski trip and a perfect place from which to head out on our daily adventures. Property was clean, owner responsive, and I would highly recommend for this type of trip
It was just as pleasant as the first stay! I think they may have added some cool pictures on the walls! Such an easy check in process and very clean! Very happy with our stay!
This home has that home feel. Quiet, clean, comfortable and dog friendly with a back yard. This is our second stay here. Getting to know the area. Walmart and several places to eat close by. Will definitely stay again. Would recommend this property.
We stayed for the weekend, brought the two dogs. The place is great, just as advertised. The fence in the back is short, so the requirement to supervise pets is very realistic.
It was a quiet place, and we enjoyed being here. Had every basic thing we needed pretty much, and we enjoyed the park down the street. Neighbors were all friendly. Not too far from the things we needed to do in Salt Lake City.
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. Clean home with all the necessities. Neighborhood was great and peaceful. Definitely recommend and would return in the future!
This place is fantastic! The location is close to the ski slopes and the house has everything you could need/ want. The backyard and close proximity to the park was absolutely perfect for our pups, and they even had a dog bed and a welcome treat! Communication was immediate with Graham and check in and check out was a breeze. We loved this place and can't wait to stay again!
We came during a crazy storm and Graham went above and beyond to ensure we were able to keep the trip. The house is in a great location for the near by ski resorts. Close to local eateries! House was clean and cozy! It really felt like home! We would definitely stay again!
So glad you guys got some great powder days in. Thank you for your patience while we dealt with historic snow amounts and the power outage. Come back and see us soon.
Quiet, cozy 2-bedroom house with comfortable beds, functional kitchen with utensils, flatware, washer/dryer, etc. No need for anything else. A special "nothing special" stay which we enjoyed very much.
Our family absolutely enjoyed our time at the house. It was perfect for us. Graham responded quickly to any questions we might have, and Karen was so helpful. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories +
Here's a polished version of your review:--- **A Perfect Stay in a Wonderful Neighborhood!** Our experience was nothing short of amazing! The neighborhood was absolutely charming, and my kids loved every moment of it. The environment was welcoming and vibrant, making us feel right at home. What's even more impressive is that everything we needed was just a quick 6-minute drive away. It truly was the best stay we ever had
This property is really nice, safe , and neighbors were welcoming! Karen lives next door and she was the sweetest lady Iâve met in a long time. We will be returning in a few months hopefully we will be able to stay here again. Thanks Graham for everything.
The house was very clean. It's an older house but I found that very appealing. If I need to stay in Salt Lake again I would be very happy to stay here again.
Nice location, quiet street, Appreciated the use of the garage to put our sport quad and bicycles. Really appreciated the well equipped kitchen that had more than four place settings and plenty of cookware. Also overjoyed to see and kettle and french press so we could have good coffee!
Graham and Odessa both live and work in the Salt Lake Valley full time. We fell in love with the Wasatch Mountains the first time we saw them and decided to call Northern Utah our home. When traveling with their kids, we love to stay at vacation rentals, because a whole house usually suits our needs better than a hotel room. We figured that if we love staying so much, why not try hosting as well. We hope that you enjoy your stay here, and come back to the Wasatch Front soon.
We initially were interested this home because we both have a love of mid-century design and architecture, but we really fell in love with the neighborhood. It offers a scenic drive full of beautiful homes and horse properties and an amazing view of the mountains at sunset can be seen right outside the front door.
