The Black Diamond Condo

Located in the Snowater Community, Glacier - Sleeps 2-4 (STRICTLY ENFORCED) This one bedroom/2bath unit is your base camp! Perfect for 2 Couples, small families, or 4 friends! The Black Diamond Condo has everything you need for a weekend or a week! This clean well appointed/updated condo is perfect for a cozy winter or summer getaway. The airy queen bedroom in the loft has a separate 3/4 bathroom. A Light and bright living area features a gas fireplace, 55" Smart Flat Screen TV for streaming (don't forget your passwords!) Comfortable/contemporary Couch (fQueen size Sleeper) and Love Seat, to relax on after a long day at the mountain. Small balcony deck off the living area with seating. A basic equipped kitchen for preparing home cooked meals. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove/ oven, fridge, and microwave, etc. * Per Whatcom County Health Regulations, we are not allowed to provide any condiments, etc.; not even S & P, so please bring your own. Stackable washer and dryer.
Seating for 4 at the small dining room table. Snowater features 2 Community Pools & Hot Tubs, one is steps away! Free Wi-Fi available at the Black Diamond Condo and both clubhouses * not responsible for any down times. Tennis courts, river trails and children's play area are near by. - Pet Friendly (Please pick up after your pet) The Snowater Community https://www.snowater.org/ is located directly adjacent to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. A short 25 minutes to the Mt. Baker ski area. * Chair 9 is walking distance

Great spot- would love to come back in winter!

This was a great spot and perfect for our little getaway! We were very comfortable, and the property had more amenities than we realized with the clubhouse and river close by. I would imagine it would be super cozy and wonderful during the winter, and would love to plan a trip back!

Old but very clean condo.

The condo is very clean. The environment is quiet and has very good privacy. We will definitely like to stay in this place if visit the area again.

Cute condo, excellent location!

Nice little condo in a beautiful area on the way to Mt. Baker. There aren’t any defined bedrooms (only a loft) but the living area is spacious. Quiet and family oriented neighborhood. Would stay again!

Great for a weekend ski trip

We loved staying at the Black Diamond condo - great location and close to the rec center. My family had a fun weekend. Booking and getting info on how to arrive was very timely and easy instructions to follow. Thank you!

Perfect Summer Getaway

Excellent property, very clean, facilities well maintained, the pool is next door, quiet complex. They had multiple fans going for us upon arrival :) it was a life saver, as there was a heat advisory; we had a very pleasant stay. Already planning to come back!

This particular unit was a bit hard to find, especially late at night, but other than that - everything is good. A bit old, but in good condition, has everything it needs, perfect for a weekend to ski at Mt Baker and the host was excellent with communication and very accomodating.

Mountain stay

The condo was very clean and they had fans on to cool the place down. I am glad I brought my own fan as it was very hot in the condo the first night (had to sleep downstairs)but after that it was fine. Everything I needed was provided. The grounds are beautiful for a walk with the dogs. Really appreciated being close to the mountain. Early up to beat the crowds.

Midweek Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at this condo with our little dog. Was so comfortable & homey. We enjoyed the grounds. River, trails. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub all to ourselves. A wonderful getaway after not going anywhere for almost a year. We would love to visit again.

Everything was super clean. It could use a few more kitchen supplies for a chef, but we got by. The facility gave us things to do with downtime: racquetball, pool, walkabouts. Thanks!

Great spot for skiing at Mt. Baker

Came to the Mt. Baker for a father-daughter weekend ski trip. This spot was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all of the basics we needed for simple meals. The sleeper sofa downstairs was more comfortable than expected, and we enjoyed using the gas fireplace! One hint to future guests: if you'd like to shop at a "big" grocery store for your food items, stop as soon as you get off I-5. The Safeway there has everything.

Great location, nice condo but 


We enjoyed the location, condo is tight for 4 adults. I wish they supplied more towels to use the pool and hot tub and take a shower, a salad bowl, cooking spoon, colander, smaller spatula and a cookie sheet. Don’t expect to make a salad and spaghetti at the same time. Kitchen supplies are lacking! The hot tub was colder each night we stayed and unusable by our last two nights. I’d stay again but bring stuff to make a decent meal and extra towels.

Comfortable condo in great location!

This was a wonderful condo near the entrance to the complex and a stones throw from the pool! Exceptionally clean with comfortable furnishings.

Great location

This condo was in a great location with easy access to Mt Baker. Great trails on the property that our dog loved exploring. Overall, wonderful place to call home for a weekend away.

Kids say schedule again

2 pools, game rooms, close to baker, clean, comfy place for adults and kids. *only downside: Bring all condiments (even salt) and a hair dryer.
