HOT TUB! Enjoy the serene views from every room in the house with large windows that flood the home with natural light. Enjoy the view of the water while relaxing in the hot tub! This home is right on some of the best fishing in all of Smith Mountain Lake! The two tier dock offers an abundance of lounge space above and below, as well as a floating dock. The water is deep by dock, which is great for jumping in or docking the boat. Amenities abound both in the home and short drives to groceries, restaurants and activities! The general store is 7 minutes away with food, wine and other amenities. Food Lion is 15 minutes away. Bridgewater Marina is 17 minutes by car or 5 minutes by boat with putt putt, rock wall, arcade, live music and 3 restaurants.

Highly recommend this rental!! The house was beautiful with new floors and fresh paint! The hot tub was freshly serviced and the boat dock is awesome - we rented a pontoon for a couple of days and just tied up to the dock and then spent a day on big floats tied up. The house has everything and more you could ever want and the owners are so responsive! We'll be back as soon as we can!

Great kept property. Clean, orderly, and testefully decorated. Host corrected a water flow issue in timely manner. Dock was oerfect for our boat. Plan to stay again. Loved it!

Great lake getaway location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay despite nearly a full day of rain. The house is spacious with comfortable living areas upstairs and downstairs to get together or find a quiet nook to read and relax. The deck has tons of seating with great views of the included dock and surrounding areas. Everything we needed was there and our two dogs loved roaming the gated deck, and my boys spent as much time in the hot tub as they did fishing and playing off the dock. Great place!

Nice home great view.property management poor on cleaning and replacing lighting. 40 % of light switches did not work.almost all battery operated remotes and door lockbatteries were dead. Other than that we had a great stay.

Wonderful home with Spectacular views

The home is exceptional. Clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The Hot Tub was perfectly clean. Plenty of space. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Family Vacation

Very nice stay on the lake. This was out first time visiting SML and we had a nice relaxing time. It was so nice that we could bring our 2 dogs and boat. The pier was the highlight of the stay for our kids. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Was very pleased with the stay! The property was laid out so well that it gave everyone a private place to sleep but a wonderful communal area to dine and share experiences. The hot tub was very clean, as was the entire premises. Also, communication with Chris, the property manager, was excellent.

Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. It was perfect for 3 separate families and dogs. The shaded dock was great for shade and slight rain showers. We wished it was slightly cleaner, but that wasn’t a breaking point for us by any means, as they let us arrive an hour early to swim! Would definitely come back to this home. We made some great memories here!

Time with Family

We truly enjoyed our stay on SML! The home is clean, beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. The views of the lake from the main living room upstairs are great! There is no lack of beds or bathrooms in this home. It is perfect for small or large groups. The hot tub on the lower deck and the fireplace down stairs made a winter evening cozy and inviting. Our family gives the home 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay - only complaint - we didn't stay longer! The house was well appointed - clean and everything the listing said. We rented a pontoon boat one day and cruised all around the lake (until a storm popped up) and had a lovely time. SML is such a beautiful place. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was too steep for us. We love the house. My husband fell down, bringing in groceries the first night and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. He returned the next day to the vacation. We did not go out the rest of the week and stayed in the house. No negative thoughts to you. Next time I will view the location before I book. I may not be able to book if I cannot get the address until four days before arrival.
