You'll be blown away by the breathtaking vaulted ceilings and meticulously designed open floor plan upstairs at Sandy Paws. There are two porches that can be accessed from this floor, one on the beachside with rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails and the other with an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Inside, you'll find the main living area is beautifully decorated with a large flatscreen TV and leather couches that have reclining functions. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a large center island with bar seating, granite countertops, a high-end gas range, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare a meal for your group. There's also a formal dining space with seating for 7 along with a half bathroom.

The bright and airy ambiance extends into the master bedroom, where you will find the ocean views, a luxurious king bed, large flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. All 3 of the guest bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and a double bunk room) are located downstairs; each designed as a private retreat with ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and ceiling fans. Additionally, you will find a full size pull out couch in the den.

Outside, there's an incredible wood-burning fire pit to gather around on those cooler nights! Kids, furry family members, and the young at heart will love being able to roast marshmallows and make s'mores in the backyard. For the grill master in your family or group, there's a gas grill included. There's even an outdoor shower on the ground floor to rinse off after a day at the beach. To top it all off, this house comes complete with an elevator for those who may have difficulty with stairs or to assist with moving your belongings in and out of the home. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
