We are about 10 minutes to the Brooks Wedding Venue. The detached hot tub is always free and on! The swim spa (connected to pool) can be heated to 80, for $35 a night. The pool can be heated to 80 degrees for $35 a night. The heating on spa or pool is with a 3 night minimum. The pool takes 72 hours to heat, depending on starting temperatures. We have a heat pump on the pool, and this is ONLY effective if the outside temperature is above 50 degrees. So keep this in mind! There is no natural gas in the country, so we couldn’t go with a gas heater. This gorgeous house sits on almost 4 acres. The garage has been converted to a game room. The 1500 sq foot metal shop has been converted to a game room, and 3/4 of the walls are insulated. The gas fireplace is only for looks, and does not work (no natural gas in the country)! This home is out in the country, so you might encounter insects, venomous snakes, wild animals, and poison ivy. The pond is seasonal. Fenced Loafing shed for horses in back of property.
