Chatham Crossing is one of the most highly sought after Park City townhome neighborhoods with easy access to Sundance Film Festival, shopping, dining and nightlife on Historic Main Street in Park City! Only a short drive or free public transit to all three world class ski resorts. Chatham is set back on the hill nestled away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet centrally located.

Considered part of the Prospector neighborhood of Park City, Chatham Crossing is located off of Kearns Blvd, nearest the Park City high school complex. This private enclave in town offers multi-level living and a private hot tub! Perfect for film goers, the property's location next to the frequented Eccles center for films is ideal.

Sleeping 6, this affordable three bedroom ski retreat offers a King master with ensuite bath, two additional lower level King suites with a shared adjacent bath, and a full bath on the main off of the kitchen area. The property offers a cozy gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling living area with TV and basic cable, a deck area for summer relaxation, and a convenient private garage with room to store your ski gear. This property has air conditioning, however summer nights are mild and wonderful in Park City.

A steamy hot tub on the lower level is great for après ski unwinding! With a well-stocked kitchen, professionally laundered fresh linens and bedding throughout, this property serves as an ideal getaway for skiers and snowboarders, summer mountain bikers and hikers, and festival goers alike.

The garage is not available to guests and there guest parking in the neighborhood.

Park City Spring Vacation

Enjoyable place for family and.friends. Beautiful living room with great Alpenglow sunsets. Very good communication with the local management team that arranged for us an early check in and late check out.

Easy access to the shuttle to Main Street and great TVs to screen online Sundance films. It was lovely.

The condominium was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the hot tub after time on the slopes. Mountain West Vacations told me that the shuttle was one half block away, but it was not that convenient. All in all it was a good stay.

Park City Ski Trip

The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The beds were all comfortable as well, there is even a bonus area with multiple bunk beds in addition to the 3 rooms with king beds. The bus stop is just a short walk down the street and made getting to and from the resort a breeze. No need to drive or pay for parking to get on the slopes!

The place was nice. The listing doesn’t mention the 3 bunk beds that sleeps 6 more people. The only thing that was not cleaned was the upstairs mirror.

Fit the bill

This multi-level condo was well outfitted and comfortable for my family, for a weekend in Park City to attend a family event. The only minuses were stains on the stair carpeting, and the steepness of the many stairs for an eighty something like me.

Great Retreat

We had a wonderful stay in this townhome. It is clean, has all you need to have a restful and relaxing stay. Communication with the Property Management was excellent. Do keep in mind this is a multi-level unit with 5 split levels. Two bedrooms are on the bottom level and the master is on the top level. For those with any disabilities, this can pose a problem.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The location of our place was perfect. It met all of our needs perfectly. We only wished we would have been given a heads up to the repairs being done to the outside as we were startled to find men on the balcony unannounced. We were also awakened one morning with someone on the roof (he could be seen through the blinds). These things didn't ruin our trip, it just would have been nice to have been told.

Nice Condo

Nice, clean condo with a great hot tub. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware and plates, but no seasoning or extras. There was salt and pepper, but no other seasonsing. No foil, no plastic wrap. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for our Ski Trip

This house was PERFECT for our ski trip to Park City. Half of us skiied Deer Valley and the others did Park City and the Canyons. It was convenient to both, plus dinners out in Park City! The house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed for easy meals in and breakfast. The space and bed to bath ratio was perfect for 5 adults (if not roomy). The host was easy to connect with and answered any and all questions quickly and nicely! The hot tub and space to work remotely with privacy was also key! The house met our needs without being too fancy. I would highly recommend this property, and thought it was priced perfectly!

Large Unit. Good Location

The condo was large and well equipped and well maintained. The property manager accommodated an early check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Two minor negatives. There was only one TV in the entire property. Which is only a negative if you expected more. And the unit could use a refresh on the carpet.

The condo was comfortable and well located. A 55 minute walk is not what I would consider walkable to “Historic Main Street”. But it was definitely well located and a 10-15 minute drive. The kitchen could use a 2-3 quart pot for cooking, a blender or small food processor and some additional medium sized food storage containers. The condo is 4 stories and has 3 full bathrooms. There was one hair dryer for all three of these bathrooms. Definitely not enough.

Great location with ample room. The hut tub was big too. Parking was easy too infront of the place. Quiet area and perfect location for either going in town or out to skiing. Clean and plenty of amenities.
