Whole beach house for 10, pool and golf cart

Both floors of a beachfront house on Ambergris Caye, 4.5 miles south of San Pedro. A pool on the deck, your own dock into the sea, and a screened veranda for meals. Three queen bedrooms and four bathrooms across two levels, each level with its own kitchen. Sleeps ten, four of those on air mattresses. A golf cart comes with every booking from 24 April 2026.

The house stands at the water's edge with the Caribbean directly in front of it. You have both levels. They connect outside rather than in, so a group can spread out or share.

Upstairs is one open room: kitchen, dining bar and living area under a high wood ceiling, opening onto a screened veranda over the water. Two queen bedrooms sit off it, each with its own bathroom. A small office with a desk adjoins the second bedroom.

Downstairs has its own kitchen, living area and wood deck facing the sea. One queen bedroom, two bathrooms, and a second office that doubles as a sleeping space. Both levels have split air conditioning in every room, smart TVs, high-speed internet and a washer and dryer.

Outside, a wooden deck runs around the pool with sun loungers along it, lit after dark, and a wooden fence screens it from the neighbours. A dock carries on from the deck into the water. You can snorkel off the end of it, or have a boat collect you there. The garden grows mango, lime, avocado and banana, and hummingbirds work it in the morning.

From the deck you look across to Caye Caulker, with Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley to the south. Kayaks, fishing poles, snorkel gear, a charcoal grill, a cornhole set and board games are here to use. The owners also host small weddings and elopements here; ask if that is what brings you.

The whole house is yours, both floors, along with the deck and the dock. The pool is a shared pool on the property. A wooden fence screens the deck from the neighbours. Kayaks, fishing poles and snorkel gear are here to use, and there is a cornhole set and board games for the evenings.

👋 Ezequiel and Cecelia are your hosts. They are Belizean, they live a few minutes away, and they have worked in tourism here for years.

🛶 They book tours, arrange a golf cart or a private chef, and can tell you where the fish are running that week. Just ask.

Golf carts are how the island moves. Yours comes with the booking; taxis also run. The house is 4.5 miles south of town, so plan on driving in, and Playa de Sala up the beach is the closest place to eat.

Four of the ten sleeping places are air mattresses. The pool has no gate or lock, the dock is open to the deck, and stairs connect the two levels.
