Luxury Beach Side Home

Welcome to our luxurious Two Bedroom Home that is almost on the beach. Our home is private and has a private walkway to the beach. Another home sits between us and the beach, so technically, we are not Beach Front - but extremely close!

We do offer garage parking for two vehicles, High Speed WiFi along with a Smart TV. We are also pet friendly. We have central Heat/AC and are happy to offer a wonderful space for your and your family to make memories!

We offer the following features: Two Bedrooms; Two King Size Beds and one Twin size bed; High Speed Wifi and a large 65 " smart TV that will allow you to stream your own Entertainment Services; We are pet friendly with a $99 Pet Fee; We have Central Heat/AC; Off-Street and Garage Parking; Balcony with a small view of the water.

Although we are very close to being Beach Front, there is a home in between use and the beach. So technically we are Beach Side. To get to the beach, simply walk in between the homes just in front of us. It is a shared walkway and there are no streets to cross.

To access this home, you must ascend one flight of stairs. Once inside, everything is on one floor.

• There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property. We will also capture you security deposit for any unauthorized events!

Host seemed friendly. All towel racks were removed, had to clean and pay cleaning fee, traffic was very loud all night, on a busy street with a 7/11 across the street with sketchy characters roaming the parking lot. House is not on the beach, has a house between you and the water and no ocean views.

It's a great location, just off the beach. It has all the comforts of home and the rates are very reasonable, especially for what you get. We would recommend it to anyone and we plan to stay again. 🙂

Norfolk Beach House

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. It was a very spacious place and we did enjoy it. Some minor things that we didn't know upon booking was that it was a shared property so we had people staying under us and also there was only tv which was hard with a family. But over all it had a nice location and the beach was right there.

Very clean. Beds were decent. On the main road so kinda loud but that's to be expected. George was very quick to respond to any needs. Too cold to go to the beach. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and as described. The hosts were easy to work with to answer questions. The only issue was the front door needing a better lock. It was not as secure as it should have been. Otherwise, we were very pleased and would stay again.

Jelly Roll Weekend

Wonderful property. Stayed for a Jelly Roll concert the amphitheater in Va Beach, which was an easy drive. Communicating with owners was easy and so was the check in process. Property is close to beach and Ocean View Parks and Pier. Only issue was pulling in/out of the driveway. Construction was going on and traffic on the main road which the road sits right on made it very difficult pulling in and out - but would stay here again.

Attractive home.

Understand we were first renters of the year so house maybe wasn't quite ready for guests. Thank you to George for quickly addressing safety issue of loose stair rail and bringing table and chairs. Hangers and furniture in bedrooms would be nice. Vacuum roller brush so clogged it was not usable. The TV is beautiful but you might find other renters like us who are not familiar with Smart TV.

Nice place just a few issues.

The place is meat in clean, but minimum, the bedrooms have a bed, and one night stand. No dressers no TVs. There’s no hangers in the closet to hang your clothes. The towels were new in the apparently not washed before our first use as when we wet the washcloth the color was running right out of the rag, the place was infested with ants no toaster, no iron or ironing board no vacuum. It was nice for the price, but the owners must be a minimalist. There was no corkscrew to remove a wine cork from a bottle meet better furniture for the outside seating area. It was beach chairs and a barstool. If those things mention don’t bother you. It’s a great place to stay if those things are needed I would find something else.

Very Basic Accommodation

There is nothing 'luxury' about this apartment. The apartment is as basic as you get and there's not much care taken in the appearance of the inside. There is barely any furniture in the apartment's bedrooms - no dressers or tables (beyond a single bed side table in only one of the bedrooms). This made it very difficult for even a weekend stay, I can't imagine having to manage it for a week long stay with family. I recommend bringing your own towels and linens as they were of really poor quality and very worn down. Unfortunately, my family had the bad luck of renting the apartment a few days after someone threw a party. The apartment reeked of smoke throughout and it was difficult to air it out since there were no screens on the windows (and we had young children with us). The hosts were quick to respond to my text about this and were sympathetic - they shared right away that they had renters a few days earlier who had to be kicked out. However, they were quick to blame the cleaners and never followed through on their offer to find us another place (at that point we only had 1 night left of a 2 night stay and prices were really prohibitive to get a hotel room). I really wish that the hosts had removed their listing knowing well that the place was filled with smoke. The beach was very nearby (though we weren't there for it) and there was a great brewery/bbq place right across the street that we enjoyed.

Beautiful spot!

My wife and I stayed here during our house hunting trip. It was conveniently located near a great brewery, the beach, and most of the best spots in Ocean View. The house itself was great and was basically on the beach. Would absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well-supplied with amenities. We spent much time on the back porch catching the cool afternoon breeze. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and thankful for the owners allowing pets in the house.

Amazing location

This location is just steps away from the beach. While there is an access point between houses there is also a public access point just feet from the front door. The property had everything that we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The location to the beach is fantastic and it is also close to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to stay again in the future.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and the communication was excellent. The bedrooms were so comfortable. The only thing I might add would be several outside chairs to enjoy the balcony. Because we have trouble with steps and didn’t read the description well enough we.had a hard time getting to the second floor living space.
