The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
Smoking is not permitted.
DEN INCLUDES CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH DOOR FOR PRIVACY.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Awesome.

A+ from start to finish! The entire property is well cared-for and secure. As far as the unit itself, it is hands-down the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere! Beds are super comfortable, and we loved having the towels and linens. Our only suggestions would be to upgrade the toilets (they are very low and dated compared to the rest of the space), add a lock to the barn door housing the master bath, and include a more detailed description of the in-unit amenities (we brought our own Keurig when it turned out we didn’t need to 😆). All in all, the unit was perfect for our needs, and we can’t wait to return!

We absolutely love this condo! We have stayed at many of the condominiums at Sea watch. And this is definitely one of our favorites. Beautiful master bath and you can’t beat the view. It was pretty clean and very well appointed. The only thing I would recommend is all owners replace the living room area rug at the end of every season. Being at the beach it’s just too hard to keep them nice. We already rented again for next year.

Other than the old style toilets We enjoyed the property. The toilets really need to be updated to seat height elongated style. Never had reason to communicate with property manager.

Nice getaway

Overall the location and unit was perfect and as pictured. Lots of things to do with my two boys, the pools, outdoor playground, corn hole and also the movie theater. We were located almost directly across the street from a major grocery store which was nice. My only suggestion is to add an Air Fryer to the unit and also to check the code on laundry closet lock. I had to go downstairs to retrieve a key because the combo didn’t work for myself or a maintenance worker there when they tried. Other than that it was a lovely condo and met all of our needs. Would definitely recommend and book this unit again

Perfect stay for our family of four!

Loved that the typical den area of the condo was closed off into a third bedroom!! Our toddler and baby had their own rooms, and we had the master! I liked that the kitchen had shelves for a “pantry” area for all of the food we brought for our kids! Love that all the floors are tile and easy to clean, but had nice/newer rugs in the living areas! One of the more updated units in sea watch, perfect resort for kids in OC!

Wonderful property

This property went beyond our expectations. It was very clean with plenty of space for 6 people. The balcony overlooked the ocean, pool, and city street so we could see everything! Close to restaurants, shopping, about 15 min from the boardwalk. Parking was secure and covered. So many amenities- outdoor and indoor pool, beach access, movie theatre, playground, game room, etc
plus the cutest little convenience food restaurant on the property. Highly recommend this property.
