This beautiful and special Chilmark home offers lovely and open interior spaces as well as several outside living spaces with large screened porch, expansive decking and huge yard with play-set and a full half-court basketball area. Outdoor dining for 10 people. The first floor of the house flows from entry to living room to dining room and kitchen, then on to the play room and screened porch. The master bedroom suite is also on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a bedroom suite, plus two more bedrooms with a shared bath, and an office (which could be used as another bedroom if needed). Just a short walk through the woods, there is deeded access to the Tisbury Great Pond where you have the use of two kayaks for crossing over the pond to the beach on the South shore. Access to Chilmark beaches as well. This is a lovely and private part of Chilmark, near the Grey Barn farm and the center of the Vineyard for easy access to all destinations on the island.
