The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located just across the Olentangy River from downtown Columbus in the up-and-coming Franklinton area. The unit is within walking distance of Cosi, Brewdog (brewery), and Land Grant (brewery), or Strongwater (bar, restaurant, and event space) are within walking distance. There is very little traffic throughout the area throughout the day.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by walking or taking an Uber or Lyft. There are also electric scooters and bikes available for rent by using the following apps:
- Bird
- Lime
- Lyft

Other Things to Note:
Basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, salt, etc. are provided with each stay; however, if these items run out during your stay the guest is responsible for replacing them for their own use. Also, several clean kitchenware, towels, and sheets are provided for each stay however guests are responsible for cleaning and replacing these items during their stay. Guests do not need to clean these items before checkout.
