Enjoy lake life on Clearwater Bay with rare beach access at our welcoming waterfront paradise. The property itself accommodates a vast amount of land, natural water streams, private road and beach access. Comfortably set up for the whole family, group of friends, a couple’s getaway! There are 5 bedrooms in total, 4 in the main cabin plus the guest cabin. Total of 10 beds which can sleep up to 12 and a massive sofa that can sleep an additional 2. Be surrounded by nature, water and wilderness while being less than a 1 minute drive to Clearwater market and LCBO for all your supplies! There is are 2 showers and 2 bathrooms, a dry sauna, wifi, smart TV, plus a washer and drier! The property is kid and pet friendly with a ton green space and a beautiful beach!

Very nice property. Was able to accommodate our large group last minute. Only issue was with the home alarm on the last night beeping most of the night.

Lovely lake-front location.. but cottage is dated

The physical location of the cottage is terrific! The dock/beach area are excellent too. The cottage is dated and the owner needs a refund from the cleaners. Oven and BBQ haven't been cleaned in years.. There is no indoor access to downstairs from the upper level, entry to the lower level is via outdoors - NOT ideal for a young family. Downstairs bathroom, the under-sink cabinet needs dead mouse removed. Bathroom in the "casita" is not in working order. Bedding is adequate.. but tired too. The web-site shows 4 bunkbeds downstairs - it is actually 2 bunkbeds that sleep 4 people; the "casita" shows 4 queen beds - it is actually 2 queen beds that sleep 4 people. Our family had a good weekend at this location but I'm not sure how long ago the owner actually checked out his property; it needs some TLC.

The web site is not correct. There is one king one queen and 2 single beds. There are two sets of bunks but one top bunk is very close to the ceiling fan. The cabin down the hill has two full size beds but no water or bathroom. The kitchen is non functioning. If you sleep there and need a bathroom you have to walk up a hill and at least one flight of stairs. The extra parking is down a steep hill with space for three cars up by the front door.. The air conditioning is a portable unit in the living area and is very noisy. We had a group of 13 with one sleeping on the couch in the living room. We ranged in age from 84 to 10. Not enough plates even for one meal, kettles were all dirty and had to be washed before use. We love to fish and had to clean the fish in the kitchen and could not get an answer as to where to take the fish guts. The fishing was great and it was a beautiful place but needs repair and a good cleaning. He is not getting his monies worth from the cleaning crew. Good docking for boats, good fishing, Safeway was the best for groceries.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay here. You can't beat the location. Tucked away in clean, quiet Bay. The beach is nice. Loved the fires right at the beach side. Swimming was fabulous right off the dock. Hardly any weeds. The seperate cabin on the lakefront is really nice. Too bad it doesn't have running water but that was disclosed to us prior to arriving. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Kitchen had all the essentials. The ice maker was a nice addition. Frying pans need to be updated. And an extra dishcloth and dish towel would've been nice. Sure the cabin needs some upgrades. But it suited our needs. We were not provided with any bath towels which I've never experienced before at a rental (this was disclosed prior to arriving). The BBQ was pretty dirty. We found an old pizza box under the couch. The cleaning crew did not do a great job. There was a small bag of garbage left by the BBQ that we didn't notice until we looked around to try to figure out where this horrid smell was coming from. Also, the whole "garbage" ordeal was a pain. You have to pay $3.75/bag of garbage to dispose of it at the Clearwater Bay Store. So you have to take it all with you and pay for disposal. I suggest to bring large garbage bags so you don't have to pay $3.75 for each small bag. Also several broken lawn chairs. Why? Just throw them out or preferably replace them with new ones. Despite the few negatives. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again, esp knowing what to expect.

Amazing Property

Me along with 9 other guys booked this property to host our best friends bachelor party. One thing all 9 of us kept finding ourselves saying is “this property is amazing”. This location has everything from big rooms with plenty of beds and a kitchen with everything you will ever need to even having a beautiful sauna to relax in. Our host Benjamin was always a message away if we needed any support. If you are looking for a massive space to celebrate any event and want lots of room for play and lots of space to hang out Indoors or outdoors with lots of privacy then look no further. Everything you need is all within 20 minutes. There is a LCBO and convenience store within walking distance and kenora is within 20 minutes if you need anything more specific. To cap it off, this location is a hidden gem with beautiful scenery, next time you are looking for a place to get away, then I defiantly will recommend this place.
