The Roost - LQ Horse Trailer - Farm Stay Petting Zoo Experience -5 mins off I-95

- This cozy farm stay sits directly in our barnyard facing our alpaca and goat pen. You’ll see beautiful views of our working horse barn and hobby farm animals. Our petting zoo is open 24/7 and we will provide feed for you to hand feed our goats, alpaca, and sheep as you please. We have an outdoor fire pit, chairs and picnic table in our community area. The LQ trailer is 40 feet long in total and provides 17 feet of living space with a full size bathroom and full size shower.

- The Queen size bed land full size pull out couch are very comfy. The dinette couch can also be converted into a twin size bed. Linens, pillows, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

- The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. The dinette table can be used for eating and/or for a remote work place. We have a small outdoor portable grill for grilling outside and outdoor table and chairs. You may bring in your own snacks and prepared meals, or cook small meals using the kitchen appliances. There is a selection of locally roasted coffee, tea, granola bars, dishes, and utensils available for guest use. Farm fresh eggs provided daily! ⁃There is a flatscreen smart TV and radio with surround sound. We also have a large selection of DVDs.

- We are committed to following CDC recommendations for cleaning and sanitizing in between stays.

- WiFi included, however it may be spotty at times as the Roost is located in a rural area.

**Horse Layovers**

Please Inquire about the Horse Hotel. Horse board for travel lay over is an option. We have accommodations for up to 4 horses including hookups, round pen, coastal hay, a paddock for turn out, out door riding arena and stalls.
