Welcome to our Mauldin home, a suburb of Greenville! We are centrally located close to shopping and parks, and just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and downtown Simpsonville. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established older neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $100 (2 dog maximum). Dogs are not allowed on furniture.

Very clean, comfortable and pet friendly property. Two spacious living areas with plenty of room to spread out. The driveway was a good size for parking and neighborhood was quiet. We would rent this property again when we're in the area.

Great location, close to both Greenville and simpsonville, with food and necessities within half a mile. Nice park at the end of the street, but also a phenomenal fenced in yard. Communication was great and house was adorable. Very quiet street as well. Would definitely stay again.

Quick but nice stay.

We came to this area to see a friend. And it was perfect locations wise. Close to everything. We were out of body wash the first night and had some delivered the next day. There are a few minor things that could be updated. Kitchen was stocked plenty, don’t bring coffee filters, there are plenty. Communication was top notch.

4 friends from all over the US and Canada met up for a dog show in Greenville, SC. The house was less than 15 min from the show site so travel back and forth was easy . The fenced yard was great for the dogs as well as the air conditioned house. There were some nice local restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again

Communication with property owner/management was great. Quick response and kept us updated. Overall the house was in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, comfortable. Since we were here for a family wedding, we didn't really get to enjoy the yard etc..

Convenient and nice

Visiting family in Simpsonville. Our son and granddaughter got to stay with us for two days. House conveniently located to everywhere. So much better than a hotel. Equipped with just about everything. Thank you.

Family Visit

Girla Trip

This house was absolutely perfect. From booking, to check-in and out everything went very smoothly. The house was so clean and roomy. Beda were comfortable. Everything you need was just minutes away. We will definitely book again when we are back in town.

Perfect Location

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location and close to downtown Greenville, shopping, and restaurants. The home couldn't have been more comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need to make your visit enjoyable. Very clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for extended stay in Greenville area. House was very comfortable and very clean. Fenced-in backyard is a plus! Quiet neighborhood.

Review

Pros: The fenced in yard was amazing and perfect since I was traveling with my dog. The place was super spacious and very clean. The host was very kind and responsive. They had a sweet little welcome basket too. The bed was comfortable. The driveway was huge. Cons: the area was a little sketchy. I had someone come to my door who appeared to be on something saying in broken English that people were breaking into cars on the street. It was weird and made me uncomfortable. It is near a train track and in the airport flight path. You could hear both but it didn’t affect sleep. It was a little odd that they didn’t offer trash bags and any laundry detergent but I think it’s a new property and may not know its standard. Was kind of annoying to have to go to the store for that stuff. But the host was kind and the place was clean and price was reasonable.

Always love when better then described

Better then pictures. It was perfect for our family. The girls loved the bunk beds. The back patio was relaxing. Even the games and books there were enjoyed. Very cozy home. We hope to stay there next time we visit the area.

Couldn’t have asked for more

There was great communication between us and the host, leading up to the stay. Instructions for the door lock and internet access were easy. House very close to local supermarkets and restaurants, and a car ride quickly could get you to Downtown Greenville, which has plenty parking. Had a great stay!!
