Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay with us again — it truly means a lot to welcome returning guests back to Hacienda Beach Club! We’re so glad to hear you had another overall great stay and enjoyed the property, location, and time with your family. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback, as guest perspectives are always helpful as we continue refining the experience. Furnishings and décor do occasionally evolve to keep the home feeling fresh and comfortable, and we’re always working to keep photography as current as possible. We also appreciate your notes regarding concierge preferences and arrival timing — traveling with little ones certainly comes with its own rhythm, and we completely understand wanting time to settle in and start enjoying vacation right away. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly hope to welcome you and your family back again for another relaxing Cabo getaway soon!

Hi Suzie, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We very much appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately the entire resort was experiencing Wifi problems over the dates of your visit. Hacienda Medano has a new owner who is making upgrades to the home. The internet service for this unit is scheduled for upgrade to be completed by the end of April 2023. They will also be purchasing a dresser for the 4th bedroom. Hacienda Medano is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit. The 4th bedroom does not have an en-suite. We do hope you return, we'd love to host you again!
