Experience the Bywater, an eclectic neighborhood steeped in history and charm within one of America's most celebrated cities, New Orleans. Discover The Saxony, a distinguished condominium just a few blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. Indulge in the modern conveniences of this newly developed complex, featuring a lavish pool, fitness center, and secure parking, ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of cultural richness.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you’ll walk past the half bathroom and laundry room on your right. The living room immediately follows the entranceway and is attached to the kitchen. Directly to the right of the kitchen will be the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Located to the left of the kitchen will be the private balcony/patio area that overlooks the pool.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. The food scene here is mixed with trendy spots and locally founded, casual digs - take your pick. Explore the St. Claude Arts District, Crescent Park on the riverfront, and more.

Clean, large, and safe

Great value for the price. Very comfortable bed. Large space with full sized kitchen and fridge. Everything worked. Loved the garage parking. Easy to get anywhere. Great stay.

Great stay when in NOLA

Very Clean well maintained Condo - ByWater was an short Uber ride to all that New Orleans has to offer without having to be downtown or in the District or overpriced Hotel. There is nothing really in walking distance, so plan a stop for groceries if you want some drinks & snacks on hand. Bacchanal Winery is close by & had a great live music night!

Nice condo

It was a nice condo, however, it was not built or designed for me (senior with mobility issues). Every thing was either too low to the floor or too tall to reach. A grab bar in the shower would have been nice. That being said, i did feel safe inside the building. It was nicely done for young adults without mobility issues.

Bywater Condo

Spartan furnishings. No real charm in an exceptionally charming neighborhood.Maybe add a dresser in the bedroom and/or shelves in the closet. Hooks on the bedroom, closet and bathroom doors would nice. A tissue box or two would also be a good addition.The real need is for a bath mat in the shower and a rug on the bathroom floor that would help avoid bad accidents or falls. The prohibition of pool access was odd as friends who stayed there during this trip had no such prohibition. It felt like the VRBO/Nick Saban commercial. “No pool, no playing, no fun
.Overall a good stay as we weren’t in the condo except to sleep. NOLA is fantastic!
