Walk in through the rocking chair front porch to a large two-story open family room, complete with a gas fireplace, custom stonework, and TV streaming all your favorites through Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime Video, and Direct Stream. Plenty of space for the entire family to gather around the enormous island or handcrafted built-in table to enjoy breakfast together. For the chef in the family, this kitchen won’t disappoint from the double oven to the oversized 6 burner gas range and pot filler, the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! For a more formal dinner, there is a separate dining table directly off the kitchen to seat 6 comfortably. And when you need a break from it all, the sunroom is perfect to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom in the hallway with a shower.

Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner's suite boasts a king bed with a luxurious Sleep Number mattress, 2 walk-in closets, an en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom upstairs is a second King en suite with a super comfy Sleep Number king mattress and has a private bath with a door that closes off the whole suite from the hall. All new mattresses, pillows, and bedding are brand new, you will feel like you are staying at the finest hotel!

If you are more of an outdoorsy person, there is a large deck with a table and chairs to enjoy a quiet evening with family after grilling on the gas Weber grill. We also have exterior security cameras installed for safety purposes Enjoy the Lakeview while drinking a glass of wine or roasting marshmallows around the firepit. Hammock, custom corn hole boards, an electric lift for a pontoon boat, and a fish cleaning area are also available for you to enjoy during your stay.

Finally, the Terrace level has an additional shared living space with a gas fireplace a streaming TV, a second kitchenette, and plenty of room for board games. You can also sleep additional guests on the Terrace level in 1 bedroom with a twin on top of a twin trundle underneath and 2 additional twin beds. There is also a bonus room on the terrace level with 2 additional twin beds. The 4th bathroom is also on the Terrace level with a shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome and encouraged, so long as they are up to date on vaccines, flea prevention, and spayed or neutered. An additional pet fee will apply and a maximum of 2 dogs only. There is a new deck gate that will be perfect for your fur babies!
