If you have come to ski to your heart's content, there is no better place to call home, as this vacation rental is just a short walk from the gondola (with ski check), plus you will find ample storage for boots, skis, and jackets as soon as you step through the front door. Head up to the main level of the home and you will immediately slip into relaxation mode with all of the comforts of home and more. Step into the full kitchen to whip up a tasty breakfast or fancy dinner in the fully equipped kitchen boasting a gas range, gorgeous countertops, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances as the rest of the gang kicks back in the living area to stream favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. When weather permits, the furnished deck will be just the place to grill up a few burgers with a backdrop of dramatic mountain views. Not to mention, summer fun can easily be had at the shared pool and hot tub on-site! Plus, everyone can rest easy in the two bedrooms on the main level including the primary suite, and two more bedrooms upstairs to recharge for more full days of fun ahead.

Beautiful Home

Immaculate and spacious
The condo was so clean, lots of room, great views and a great location. Only issue we had was 24 hours with no hot water and took a while to get it taken care of because we didn’t rent directly from Keystone but the people at Vacasa were very nice and as helpful as they could be.

Great place
Loved it. Had 10 guests over for a local festival. Loved the patio and the nearby trails. Didn't get to take in the pool it was a bit smaller and filled with kids most days there. Also there's more parking spots available around the house within the resort that's available with the two attached spots. Other than that loved it, especially the patio, stocked kitchen and nice TV room.

Overlooking the village
This is a large well equiped condo. If you like to cook and still be close to the action this is the place for your large group the condo is located to the left of the gondola with a living/great room overlooking the mountain and the lift. It's perfect for those in your group who don't ski as they can watch the activity and read a book or watch a movie. For the skier and boarder its just a short walk on a paved path by the pool house taking you to the main ticket area and season pass area at the gondola base. The hot tub and pool are outside in the Red Hawk Lodge adjacent to the condo area.

Great townhome
We really enjoyed stay at Red Hawk Townhome 2350. It is specious and clean. Close to gondola. It is very convenient to park vehicle in garage and up front. Garage is on small side anything larger than full size SUV will not fit. Only negative is that Vacasa forgot to give us pool cards and it took couple phone calls (2 days) to get one.
For condo improvements: I would recommend add queen size mattress to some of the smaller rooms instead of full. We travelled with another family and would for sure improve sleep quality for both couples.

Frustration trying to talk to vacasa about problems
Could not open extra lock box for extra keys. Needed 4 for 4 adults. Text with vacasa gave wrong code for lockboxes. Once open the back up lock box, no keys in there. Did not get a key card for pool gate until an on-site agent, Jake, got one for us 4 days later. Could not open garage no code. Furniture from deck was in the way of parking, anyway. Pilot light not lit. Maintenance guy, Drew, was sent to fix later on my first day. On Thursday after daily calls, Vacasa on-site agent came Thursday
Jake gave extra parking pass. And got us a pool key card. Biggest disappointment, upper decks in hawk circle all being replaced. That was going to be my favorite thing to sit and look out. Noise was an issue when they were working on ours. One day I had to walk out around the worker's microwave and lunch bags, etc.Just diminished the ambiance a bit.
Screens by dining table are broken. No screens for upstairs double bunk room so windows could not be opened. Many windows are not latchable.
Scariest thing, no bolted bracket for right bunk ladder. It fell down the last day when my 4 y/o granddaughter was climbing. She was scared and bruised. Glad a parent had slept up there instead of my granddaughter. We found one bracket in a drawer and the other on on a closet shelf. Vacasa was notified to fix. While a beautiful place, I expect so much more for my money. On-site agent said 25$ per day would be reimbursed. I would expect fee charge be refunded. I have wasted so much time with calls and writing up reports. I will check on how things went once my grandmother home. She did throw up while in the car back to airport. She has been osely monitored by her mother who is a physician assistant

We make every effort to give our guests all the information necessary to have a seamless check-in experience, as well as an overall stay. It is disappointing to hear we have missed the mark and will take this as an opportunity to improve in the future. Please know our local staff is working closely with the homeowner and have since resolved the issues involving the key, garage code, and lock boxes. The pilot light as also been repaired, as well as the broken bunk ladder brackets. Additionally, our local staff will continue to work in order to address the screens for the windows as well as the window latchings. We appreciate you taking the time to bring these matters to our attention and affording us the opportunity to resolve them. We hope to have the chance to host you again in the future.

Great location and beautiful
Beautiful townhouse in a compact townhome neighborhood that had all the comforts of home and then some. Fully stocked kitchen and a pantry with most of the essentials. Very spacious and roomy with 2 beds on the main floor and two with a shared bath on the top floor. Nice community pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay.

Keystone at its best!
We weren't there to ski, but the Gondola is 0.2 mile from this condo so would be great in summer. But we had 4 kids under 6 and 4 adults. The townhouse is spacious and has every amenity for a summer family vacation. Highly recommend!!!
