SNOW IS HERE!!! ⛄️ ❄️ ❄️ There is SO much snow to enjoy! Come sled, ski, snow mobile and more! Make our home your winter wonderland this winter!! Come enjoy yourself in our beautiful, spacious, 3200 square foot home with endless entertainment-ping pong, air hockey, foosball, hot shot basketball, 3 large TV's and place to gather as family & friends! Cozy beds throughout including 4 queen beds, 1 king bed and 6 twin beds in our bunk room! This is the perfect location for a family or friend reunion, retreat, or getaway! This is a very family friendly neighborhood! Absolutely no wild parties permitted at this home.

Heber City is the perfect location to enjoy endless, amazing outdoor adventures, year-round! Here is what you can expect to find very close:

- 30 minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort
- 25 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort
- 45 minutes to Brighton & Solitude Ski Resorts for skiing & snow boarding
- 15 minutes to Soldier Hollow (Golf & winter tubing)

The property was well maintained and we were amazed at how large it was. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our contact with the property management was amazing. During the process if we had any questions they responded immediately. Staying in an Airbnb like this was so much nicer than many of our other trips and we’ve taken. We would definitely rent this property again when we are in the area.

Just Rent This Place Already!

We rented this home for a family reunion, and we had such a positive experience. Everything was top-notch: Every room was clean and well-decorated; bedrooms were spacious, and beds were comfy. Basketball, foosball, ping pong and air Hockey all worked great with new accessories. The air conditioner was reliable. The TVs throughout the home had great resolution and good sound. Couches fit a ton of people for games and movies, and there was even a brand-new fire pit in the back yard. Appliances throughout the kitchen and laundry room were stellar. Communication with the host was always prompt and friendly. There really was not a downside to staying here. The price was a little higher than other VRBO's we rented for this weekend, and it was definitely the best kept one. It's worth the higher price tag. Thanks for a great stay!

Very comfortable and convenient to near by attractions

We had a great experience here. Jenny was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were all very comfortable and the kids LOVED the game room.

Great place for enjoying Park City

We were 10 people staying at the house, mix of adults and kids. We travelled to Utah to ski at Park City, yet we had winter weather unpredictability in mind - what will we do if the weather is not great? So, even the house is a bit far from Park City ski resort, we chose this house for the amenities it offers: * Planty of space * Great activities for the kids * Easy access to highways, shops, restaurants. * Warm and comfort feeling. And boy, we were right - weather was snowy, with temps 5f-10f during the day. We skied a bit, but spent most of the time indoor, and the house was perfect for hosting us without feeling very crowded, providing fun and space for all of us.

Great for groups!

Host was friendly, professional and responsive. House comfortably fit our group of 12 (with enough sleeping room for more if fully utilizing the bunk beds for kids/smaller adults). Located close enough to airport (45-55 min) and Park City mountain (30-40 min) depending on traffic. The Walmart being 5 min away proved to be very convenient as well.

Good house for a large group

We had a pleasant stay for a few days to ski at Deer Valley. The location was not as close to Deer Valley has we had hoped but the house worked out well for our large group.

Fun game room and lots of space

We enjoyed our time here as we chose to try the area south of Park City this time. There wasn’t much snow so it ended up being perfect that we stayed south and did a bunch of new fun activities in the area. The house was nice and spacious. My kids really enjoyed the triple bunk beds and the game room. They had YouTube TV which we hadn’t used before so that was nice and they also had Disney for the kids.

Big clean home, quiet neighborhood

The house was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet, that was nice.

My husband and I have 4 young kiddos! We love and adore them! They range in age from 18 months to 8 years old- 2 cute boys and 2 beautiful girls! We love spending time together hiking, biking, running, skiing, swimming, sledding and anything else we can do that keeps us active and together! My husband is a chiropractor and I get the opportunity and blessing of staying home with my amazing kiddos!

We love Heber City! Our property provides the perfect opportunity for family and friend gatherings! It is spacious with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have 4 cozy queen and one king bed, and we have a fun bunk room with 2 triple bunks! The game room is our favorite! Play the night away with a ping pong table, air hockey, foosball and hot shot basketball! We also have a full kitchen for at home meals with new, stainless steal appliances and an open living area for gathering!

We love the outdoors! Heber City is one of our very favorite destinations because we love the beauty of the valley surrounded by mountains and cherish every opportunity to hike, bike-both mountain and road bike, run, sled and ski! We love having a home just minutes from downtown Heber! We are located in a great spot!

You have the benefit of coordinating your stay with the property owners! My husband was born and raised in the Heber valley and knows the area extremely well! I fell in love with the Heber valley 10 years ago when I married my hubby and we have loved spending time there together! We will do everything we can to ensure you have an amazing stay in our home! We love it and we know you will too!
