Vibrant Mid-Century Modern Home in Downtown Florence

Located in downtown Florence, just minutes walk from the shopping, antique, and restaurant district. This darling and vibrant mid-century modern home is perfect for families, couples, friends, and is dog friendly!

Chic and comfy, mid-century modern furnishings. 55" Smart TV in living room. 3 private bedrooms with super-comfortable beds (including a bunk bed with a twin over full). 2 full baths, including a master suite with soaking claw foot tub. Smart TV's in both Queen bedrooms. Spacious, modern, stainless-steel kitchen with gas range and all amenities needed to feel like home (including coffee from our local roaster).

Phenomenal outdoor spaces, both front and back. The entire property is fenced so you can rest easy with your pups and kiddos. Brand new, natural gas Weber grill in the backyard, and corn-hole game for a fun afternoon.

Wonderfully quiet and safe neighborhood, with parking front and rear (alley access). Smart-key access both front and back doors via specific assigned door code for your stay.

We are a dog friendly home, but sorry, no cats or other pets.

We enjoyed the backyard space and the room it afforded our dogs. Family gathered at the house and we were comfortable and made good memories to cherish for years to come. Very clean house and well appointed. We would recommend.

Gorgeous Villa

This house was absolutely perfect. It was cute and charming and in easy walking distance from downtown and the parks/swimming pool. Inside was so charming with unique and inspiring artwork in every room. The instructions left were easy to follow for the wifi etc. We would stay here again in an instant!

Summers End Vacation 2023

We love Florence and Canyon City so much we are building our own cabin up in the mountains to use and to rent on VRBO! We had a great time this week and the house was very clean and perfect for our family. We love all the great restaurants, the Royal Gorge, we went whitewater rafting, saw Bishops Castle, Pikes Peak, went Hiking, and much more!

Incredible Stay!!!

One of the best vrbo experiences we’ve ever had! They owners thought of everything!!!! Truly! And the house is beautiful, and uniquely decorated. Actually inspired me to redecorate my own house a bit. Lots of great things to do and explore nearby. Our dogs also enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend this house and can confidently say it will not be our last time here!

Great place!

We had a delightful time at this property. The yard is ample to hangout with your pet. Place is well stocked and the coffee provided from THE POUR HOUSE is GREAT!! We had to go buy a few coffee bags ourselves before leaving town. Thank you for being a great host. Highly recommend!

Great House!

This house is amazing! It is very well decorated, clean, comfy and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There is a great front patio seating area and a back yard area for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was prompt and easy. It was a nice walk to the main street for the events that were going on the weekend we were there. We enjoyed checking out all the neighbors wonderful landscaping.

Great home!

The house is very nice. Updated on the inside and out. Lots of amenities inside, we didn’t have to run out to get last minute supplies. Beds are very comfortable, house is very clean. Front and back yards are very cute, with fences for both so you can let the dog out and not worry about them running off. Great front porch to enjoy the nice weather on. Property owners were awesome to communicate with. Short drive to Canon City, lots to do downtown there. If you’re in Florence, this is the house to stay in!

Fun in Florence

We chose Florence because of the closeness of activities - white water rafting, zip lining and horseback riding. Our dog loved playing frisbee at Pathfinder Park, and the downtown ice cream shop was a daily activity! The house is colorful and cute - you can tell the owners have worked hard on it. It met all of our needs. The neighborhood felt safe, but there are some older homes that need work, and the sidewalk is in bad shape. But we left saying that we would stay there again if we were in the area.

Wondeful stay

We stay in VRBOs often, but we had never been to Florence. This location was chosen because of its location between the Royal Gorge and Pueblo. I was not expecting to spend much time in Florence at all, but thanks to the Owners' recommendations (left at the home) we enjoyed every meal in in the downtown Florence area, which is just a few blocks from this home! The house is terribly cute, well appointed and very comfortable! The owners thought of every detail right down to Band-Aids and make up remover! There was not one thing we found ourselves needing in this rental. The owners communicated with us instantly when we reached out to them. Thanks to the owners area recommendations our curiosity is peaked and we will very likely rebook this rental in the summer to check out the outdoor activities around their river area! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful Stay!!

This house was just perfect for our CO vacation! We comfortably fit two adults, three kiddos, and two dogs for five days. The house was so cute, impeccably clean, and felt very safe. The hosts are very responsive and you can tell they truly love this home and town. The amenities and attention to detail meant we were totally taken care of during our trip. They truly thought of everything! The backyard was especially awesome for hanging out and relaxing after our long days exploring Colorado Springs! Highly recommend and can't wait to get back for another visit!

Our family fell in love with Florence! We first discovered this gem of a town years ago while playing in the River and Florence River Park. We knew this would be the place we wanted to end up when our kids graduated high school (just a few years left!). In the mean time, it's a place we come down to rest and enjoy, and are so happy to share with others. We are frequent travelers, and have made sure that our home offers everything we've ever wanted when traveling ourselves.
