Wonderful hidden gem

We had a wonderful week here. Such a great place to explore the island from, perfectly appointed with everything you need, including items for the beach. Very comfortable set up and lovely hosts. Would recommend!

Close to Grace Bay

Comfortable accommodations in a neighborhood near Grace Bay. Recommend car to get around. Umbrella, chairs, towels, and masks available.

Nice house close to Gracebay.

Nice house close to grace bay. Have 2 friendly dogs that stay on property. Unfortunately our trip got cut short but Keith was great.

Had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay in Turks and Caicos. The rental property is located in a very safe neighborhood, and in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The rental was spacious and clean. Communication with the host was great. Overall we would recommend this rental!

Will stay again!

Set up was great for us and our 2 kids. They loved the Alexa and the two friendly dogs on property. It was conveniently located to Grace Bay and downtown, and the area felt very safe. The beach umbrella was an asset at Sapodilla and Taylor Bay. It took two of us to put together but it was easy enough. We wish we didnt have to leave, and would stay again!

Great stay.

Overall we enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and affordable. Easy check-in, good communication with the host. The beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were much appreciated. The umbrella could be replaced since we had a hard time keeping it up because the button was missing. The big bed was a hard to sleep on, (user preference), so we used the twins instead. They were very comfortable. The Yard could use some clean up but it did not detract from our stay. We would stay here again.

Me and my husband stay here at the cottage house was safe & looks exactly as shown in pictures! Host communication is excellent! Only issue I had was I spotted a dead roach and a few bugs in corners etc . In my opinion house keeping should kill critters and spray some insects spray! But overall a good stay very comfortable and safe!

Good value for money

Easy communication with host; property was in a good location for us (we had a car) and the adjoining properties (and the neighbourhood generally) are quiet. Everything that others have said about the dog is true - very good natured and even my son, who has severe autism and is quite scared of dogs, was fine with this one. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the living area is spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are looking a little tired, but that’s not something that concerns us because everything is functional. We cook for ourselves each night and the kitchen amenities and appliances work well. Beach towels, cooler, etc. are supplied. Overall, great value for money in TCI over the holiday period.

Great stay at a great price.

Booked last minute and for a great price. There was four of us and we had plenty of room. Everything was set up great and Kevin was very helpful with everything! Great location near everything.

Such a nice house with great amenities. Kitchen with all the utensils/pots/pans u need. There’s also a high chair for the little one. The bathroom was a little dated but I didn’t mind. It has a washer/dryer (we didn’t use). The AC was very cool but it got loud at night time to time with rattling noise. The house has 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and towels provided. Each bedroom has a TV, plenty of outlets, and an Echo Dot but we couldn’t get Alexa to work for some reason so we played music on our phones instead. The driveway has a gate which you can open/close with the key remote so we felt safe. The property comes with 3 very very sweet lovely friendly dogs that the owner owns which we spoiled and fed the entire stay. In our opinion, the location is a bit far off to walk to the downtown restaurants/store area. We rented a car and it was about a 5min drive so it was perfect for us but walking will take you a while unless you don’t mind walking for about 20-25mins and it gets dark at night on the inner roads. Overall, we loved the house. The owner lived right next door so we felt secured and we would stay there again for sure!

Nice, clean, affordable place to stay

We had a great time staying here and Keith was a great host. He made our arrival and check-in super easy and periodically followed up with us to make everything was going smoothly. His property was nice, clean, affordable place for us to enjoy our first trip to the island. He was super responsive every time I messaged him with a question. This place is a quiet, safe, secure spot to stay away from almost all the noise, traffic, and crowds but still a short walk to the beach. Also, my wife and daughter loved interacting with the three dogs that are nearby. . It was the perfect place for us!

Amazing little cottage

Keith was a very helpful and thoughtful host! Great, quick communication and provided us with lots of things to do and an amazing space. It is a short drive to grocery store and main restaurant/bar strip. There are 3 lovely dogs that roam the property, who are very friendly and cute! I would definitely stay here again!
