This 4-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath house with a huge yard and breathtaking views of the Crystal River Valley is the perfect jumping off point for countless family adventures--hiking, fishing, rafting, snowshoeing, Skiing, or concert-going, fine dining, and shopping in nearby Aspen. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail on the balcony--mountain air, bird watching, panoramic views, Cedar Sauna, and relaxation await you! 30-day minimum rental.

This three-story house was built for family vacations, as a place to make memories. The top floor has a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and small balcony with views of the mountains and mesa. The central floor contains the master bedroom and bathroom (with shower and bathtub) with a king-size bed, a large gathering area with TV, fireplace, additional 1/2-bathroom, dining room, and open plan kitchen. The bottom floor contains another gathering area, a space with two twin beds, ideal for kids, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Outside of the lowest level is a huge lawn and a hammock.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The owners do use the garage for storage.

Our HOA requires a 30-day minimum rental. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding!
