From September 5 through March 31, the elevator and central stairwell will be under construction. The pool will remain accessible through the front gate. Construction is nearing completion and additional areas are reopening, but all construction signs and restrictions must be followed.

Spacious condo located directly across from the beach. One bedroom one bath ultra clean!! Guests can kick back and enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from private balconies without ever leaving your Condo.

We enjoy Gulf-front outdoor pool for swimming or sunbathing as well as a hot tub to soak your tired muscles after a day of sight seeing. There is also a grilling area for guests to use and enjoy.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and amusement parks.
Anglers will certainly want to take advantage of the fact that we are located within walking distance of the State Park fishing pier, where you can try your hand at catching dinner!

The condo was pretty and comfortable!I did have an odd experience though, in which the shower head holder was broken upon arrival. I notified the host through the VRBO messaging feature as soon as I checked in and saw it. I never received a response from the host.I also messaged the host again to ask about a password being put on the Wifi for security, and I never received a response from that either.I stay in a lot of condos in Alabama, and I've never had a host fail to respond to inquiries. I still haven't gotten anything from them saying "oops, we didn't see your message until later" or anything like that. Just odd.I had to shower with one hand holding the shower sprayer and one hand bathing, but it wasn't the end of the world Still better than those stationary shower heads, IMO For travelers not accustomed to Alabama, note that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have a 16% lodging tax, for your budget and planning purposes!

Very nice little place!

Very nice little place, across the street from the beach. Bed was super comfy. Only complaint would be is the water pressure could be better in the shower! But overall very pleased, and would rent again.

Great Stay

The property is a wonderful condo in a one building complex. The unit had everything needed and was located directly across from beach access and a park. Beautiful views! Within walking distance to restaurants and market. We loved our stay! Owner did not respond to questions. The listing shows 4 pm check-in with 11 am checkout. Emailed instructions (on the day of arrival) were late and changed the check-in time to 3 pm and checkout time to 10 am. Could not find the hair dryer.

Overall the property was fine. Great parking and location to the beach. Restaurant, stores and bike path right there to utilize . Didn’t realize the pool wasn’t heated - water was very cold and didn’t use. Area rug and the three bar stools are no longer in this unit. The unit could use a very thorough cleaning and new mattress. Pros out way the cons.

This condo was so cute! Perfect for a quick getaway for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. When we arrived rhe smoke alarm was chirping. I contacted Jeff and he sent someone right over. The king bed was comfortable and the place was decorated really pretty! The view is beautiful from the balcony. The walk to the beach is right across the road. We booked chairs and an umbrella for the beach from Ike’s on our way down so we had them ready for the next day. We had great dinners locally and watched the sunset from the pier one night. Despite the sargassum grass issue, we were able to still enjoy the beach and got in the water the next day. This trip was just what we needed to relax and step away from it all! Thank you!
