Only 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from UMC, 3 minutes from EP County Coliseum. Situated in a well established neighborhood
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, windows in all rooms providing good natural light, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and has refrigerated cooling. 2 rooms with double beds and 1 with a queen-size bed. Outdoor area with a bbq grill.

Great Priced Location

The place was in a convenient location. Had all amenities for a comfortable stay. Host communicated all relevant information. Have no complaints.

Clean beds and bathrooms

We use VRBO and other similar services frequently and I don’t like to be negative in my reviews because life is crazy, but Alex needs to fire his cleaning crew. Everything that was dirty (it was a lot) was something that could easily be cleaned. I don’t mean things that are worn from age or peeling paint. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The sink was sticky, the pots and pans were dirty, the front of the dishwasher, microwave and tv in back bedroom were filthy. There was a sticky wax trail down the side of the fridge and the top was nasty with wax and a dirty pot holder on it. The utensil drawer had dirt in it and the measuring cups were dirty in the drawer. There were grimy marks on door facings and walls. The handle in the hall bath sink was not screwed on. The fire alarm in the hall kept beeping. We bought a battery and replaced it. One day later the living room fire alarm started beeping. We left a new battery in the dirty drawer. This place could be awesome with a little TLC inside and out. The beds and bathrooms were clean and we were tired and too busy working El Paso Comic Con to look for another place. You can tell that Alex wants this to be a nice place with new light fixtures, updated bathrooms and new countertops. I hope he finds a cleaning crew that will do their job. If so we would stay here next year for the convention.

I would not Recommend To A Family With Children

My Family and I stayed here for a whole month. The first week and a half the so called maintenance men that came over to the home every single day at whatever time they felt. My small children would be playing outside and random men would just show up! As a single woman with children I felt very uncomfortable. Twice they ask to come in to plug their cords into the electric sockets which I declined so they ask if I could just pull the cords inside the home in plug it in myself which took me 20 mins to do because I not Maintenance!! I explained to them I had to leave and be somewhere and this was inconvenience for me and my family. The home needs major updates! The main bedroom bed is hard as a rock. One of the bedroom bed frame continuously fail apart. The main bathroom sink handle was broken. The blinds and curtains in the home need to be replaced. The dish washer doesn’t work. They owners made me and my family feel like we where an inconvenience which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable with our 4 week stay. It felt like was was continuously being watched by the maintenance men that continuously popped up whenever they pleased. Our last day at the home the owner popped up to inspect the home while we where moving out instead of waiting until 11am which is our checkout time. The home would over heat whenever we would cook on the stove or run the washer and dryer. There is a small cheap air conditioner that’s suppose to heat up the whole home but doesn’t do anything. There was days we felt like we was in hell burning đŸ”„it was extremely hot!
