We got everything we wanted for our family get away. The beach at this resort is perfect for young kids, the pontoon along with lift was exactly what we were hoping for, and they have a good supply of water toys to keep everyone busy. The house is well maintained and cool if need be, the kind of modern yet vintage that is enjoyable for us. Very satisfied with this resort!

We had a phenomenal stay at the Leins Resort, this is the perfect setting for large families! Clean, well taken care of property. Everything you could want was in place. Beautiful area and wonderful owners!! We can't wait to come back!

Ideal location for young families

This property had everything you could want or need to entertain a group of families with young kids. The sandy shoreline was ideal to keep the kids busy all day, along with all of the beach and water toys that are provided. House was large enough for five families to stay in without feeling crowded.

Awesome resort!

The check-in process was easy. The property very neat and clean. The owners were very easy to work with - answered all your questions and suggested age appropriate activities in the area if you wanted a day or evening away from the beach. They provided plenty of water toys for adults and children.

Family birthday celebration

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with his parents and siblings. We had an amazing time out on the pontoon. The property is beautiful and so much to offer. It worked perfectly for our family. It also has room for our family to grow! We will definitely be going back!

We had an incredible stay at Lien's Resort on Leech Lake. The waves were so high that it was an amazing ocean-side experience, yet we had many other options than being on the water to enjoy with our crew of children from 5 months to 3 years old, including the lovely beachfront, the game room, and walks on the grounds. Every detail was carefully attended to by the owners, making both the days and nights comfortable for a large group in a beautiful lodge with ample kitchen space, a large family dining table, numerous bathrooms, and space to roam both indoors and outdoors. I greatly appreciated the owners' responses to our questions and my oversight on a detail. We look forward to spending more time at this lovely location.

Beautiful large cabin overlooking Leech Lake with a sandy beach and nice boat docks. We had a group of over 20 people and rented the main cabin and cabin number one which was right next to it and it worked out great. It really has everything you need to enjoy a family reunion. The kitchen was large and had all the necessary cooking utensils. The main cabin has three bedrooms downstairs and two bathrooms, and upstairs it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings watching the sunset. The Pontoon rental was perfect.

We are so happy that we picked this resort.

The property is amazing, and it feels so private. We were able to accommodate almost 20 people during our stay, and everyone had a blast.

Cozy family stay in the north woods.

This is an absolute lovely property! The web description is accurate. Everything from the cabins, beach house, fish cleaning shack to the beach was incredibly clean and incredibly well stocked. All amenities listed worked well and were plentiful. There was never a lack of anything to do. Many close by attractions; 22 minutes from walker for some shopping, 13 minutes from Longville to enjoy the famouse turtle races, fishing, games and hiking. If and when we do another extended family vacation we will not hesitate to book again.
