Highlights of this three-story rental include luxury furnishings, upscale appliances, and alfresco social spaces with serene Palmilla Beach views.
LIVING AREA
The main living area boasts stylish nautical decor and plenty of plush seating. Stream new Netflix releases on the 65â TV.
Kick back on the sofa bed in the second living area, take a turn on Ms. Pac-Man, or watch movies on the 55' TV. A chic table for four is perfect for game nights. A twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin daybed provide extra sleeping space.
KITCHEN & DINING
Chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with new stainless steel appliances and sprawling granite countertops. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four.
When itâs time to eat, an elegant table in the dining area seats eight.
BED & BATH
This townhome sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a bonus sleeping space in the second living area.
Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, outfitted with a stately king bed, a 55â TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a luxe walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds a comfy king bed and a 49â TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a plush twin daybed.
The third bathroom offers a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Gather at sunset on the balcony for picturesque views.
During your stay, you'll also enjoy use of a propane grill and a pair of beach cruiser bikes.
The sparkling resort pool is located across the street from your vacation rental.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars in the driveway and two in the garage are provided.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

The newly redesigned nine-hole course provides the best of true links-style play. Carved into untamed dunes along the Gulf, Palmilla Beach challenges golfers with ocean breezes, rolling fairways, and artfully designed greens.
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
For on-site dining, youâll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
