Enjoy amazing on-site amenities, including two pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, handball courts, a fitness center with a sauna, and a seventh-floor observation deck.

LIVING AREA

Detailed with high ceilings, a wall of windows, and stunning Gulf views, the inviting living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 55” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances as well as an array of helpful gadgets.

Sip morning coffee at the three-seat kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the sunlit table for six.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and one queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom provides access to a shared balcony.

Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and a 42” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Find comfort in the second bedroom, which offers a full-size bed, a twin-over-twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 55” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath creates added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A second spacious balcony boasts incredible views of the Gulf, bay, and resort grounds. Dine alfresco at the table for four.

Resort amenities include two pools (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, lounge areas, tennis courts, handball courts, a fitness center, a meeting room, and a seventh-floor observation deck.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. All guests must be 29 or older during March except for families with children.

Beautiful Views but Maintenance and Cleanliness Fell Short

The unit itself was spacious and had beautiful views, we enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunset, and it fit our family comfortably. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by several issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. Check-in was delayed because housekeeping was still in the unit past 4 PM. We also encountered roaches, and the showers were missing basic toiletries like hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The sliding glass door jammed frequently and didn’t lock, which was frustrating and concerning. To top it off, the smoke detectors in the bedrooms and hallway flashed red and white lights all night, making it hard to sleep. While the space and scenery were wonderful, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance made it hard to fully relax. With a few important improvements, this could be a great rental but for now, I’d recommend others proceed with caution.

Terrible Management Company

VRBO only allows 1500 characters so this isn't nearly as long as it needs to be. When we arrived, the gate was closed and the code given to us did not work. We had to call the front desk and they gave us the correct code. We enter the condo and at first everything seemed normal, until we went into a bathroom to find a pile of dirty towels on the floor, unflushed urine in the toilet, and dry urine all over the bowl. Same story in every bathroom. Chatted online with a Vacasa rep who stated she would "put in a ticket to our local team" and asked if we would allow entry into the condo to finish cleaning that night. They never showed up. We walked to the store to get some laundry detergent (none was provided) and returned to put the kids to bed. When we went to tuck them in, we noticed EVERY BED had crumbs in the sheets and stains on them! The beds WERE NOT WASHED but someone had made them with dirty sheets! We kept the kids up an extra 90 minutes to wash their sheets. We also noticed the floors weren't swept/mopped and there was long black hairs everywhere. We spent the first evening cleaning the condo because Vacasa couldn't be bothered to do it themselves. Texted with Vacasa but received no offer of compensation. Pool #2 is under construction and the noise during the day is loud, not mentioned on listing. All of the beach equipment in the unit is destroyed/unusable. The unit is fine. Pool is heated and location is walking distance to food and mini golf. AVOID VACASA!!!!

Family vacay

This property was everything and more! We are a family of 6. We had more then enough room to be comfortable. There was enough beds to accommodate us all. Kitchen was full stocked to make meals for all of us from plates, cups. Silverware. Couldnt get the coffee machine to work. But a quick walk to McDonald's next door for coffee was a easy fix. 2 pools and a few minutes of a walk to the beach made everything so convenient. Lots of going out to eat options near by. Would definitely stay ab

Awesome condo

Really enjoyed our stay !! Right off the beach and next to a lot of great places to eat . The view was amazing!!! Condo was pretty and it was clean , I mean if I want to nit pick I could but that’s not my style . Over all loved it and will stay here again 🙌🏼
