The Lodge features views of the Adirondack's and Dream Lake where guests can enjoy the dual outdoor patios to both grill and relax by the fire pit. The upstairs balcony has a two piece Adirondack chairs. The lower level balcony has a dining table, gas grill and 6 person seating. The living room features a large SMART TV and console with board games.

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms are upstairs and one is in the basement. Upstairs bedrooms have a queen size mattress, night stand, dresser, closet and a television. The basement bedroom has a queenside bed, desk with work chair, night stand, dresser and closet.

The spacious basement has a game room which includes a pool table classic arcade game, kid's ski-ball, dart board, bar and mini fridge, electric fireplace, leather sectional and a 72" television that has a console with seating for dining downstairs.

We are located in the Lake George area off of Bay Road. The village of Lake George is just 10 minutes by car.

Great Place for Large Family

All four generations of the family enjoyed our stay. Lots of space and everyone enjoyed the game room and fire pit.

What a great place!!

Perfect for a large family/group

The property was absolutely perfect for our large family. The game room is even better than anticipated. The layout of everything was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to order pizza for delivery, allowing us time to relax and play games. The outlets were just 5-10 minutes away. The house is on a dead end road, perfect for us to take a walk. There were TVs everywhere. We would have liked to enjoy the nice firepit, but it was too cold outside. Would definitely return.

Le chalet était parfait ! Pour un séjour au lake George entre amis, ce chalets est à quelques minutes de voitures des attraits principaux et offre une intimité des voisins. Les lits sont trÚs confortables et la court a une belle vue ! Je recommande fortement.

Perfect for our group!

We rented this home for a family wedding weekend. It was beyond perfect! The house is spread out enough so we all had our own space and it had everything we needed and more. The host was quick to respond to questions prior to our stay. We arrived to a clean home that was exactly as the listing stated. Would totally rent again to be able to enjoy the view and fire pit!

Janelle was fantastic to deal with. The whole process was without flaw. Her home is perfect. We were six adults. The house was a perfect fit. Immaculate an well supplied. The beds were super comfortable an the rooms were a great size. The two bathrooms were large an we had more than enough towels. The downstairs was a lot of fun when we had some down time. My family all said if we visit again we have to stay here. The location was good. We had privacy an it was super quiet. Highly recommend!

Great house for families!

We shared this property with another family as we were in Lake George for a lacrosse tournament and it had everything we needed and more. We had four adults and four children. The location was private and the setup in the house was awesome for two families. The kids LOVED the game room in the basement. They also loved the small dock for the Brook that feeds into Dream Lake. Unfortunately we were unable to kayak into Dream Lake (low water and beaver dams) but the kids still enjoyed the dock looking for frogs etc. We did had some trouble with circuit breakers tripping (hot weekend so A/C’s were working hard) but Janell was quick to support and help us get to the electrical panel to reset. She was also going to work with her electrician to rebalance the load so it won’t happen for future guests. We would definitely return if we are back up in Lake George area. Thank you Janell!

Lots of room. Great place for family vacation.

The house is nothing spectacular from the outside but the inside is quite nice. You can tell that it was recently renovated. The layout of the house worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room to all hang out together on the deck or in the huge basement. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries. She worked quickly to resolve a small issue that we had encountered soon after check in. We would stay there again in the future.

Dream Lake pros and cons

The house is located in a nice private area. It is a short drive to the village of Lake George. The house was very clean and updated. The basement game room was a lot of fun. The Dream lake the house is located on, was more of a creek/marsh in my opinion. The creek/marsh unfortunately attracted a lot of bugs in the evening, so we couldn’t sit outside. There is also no a/c on the basement level and basement bedroom which was disappointing during hot summer nights. Otherwise it was a nice house for my family to stay at while visiting the Lake George area.

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay with our adult children and grandchild. I highly recommend this house to others. The house was great and appears to have been recently updated. It was well stocked. The host always responded to our questions. It is only a 15 min. drive to the Lake George attractions, shopping. The view overlooks a lake (marsh) which of course draws bugs. For the number of beds, the dinning table should be bigger (the six of us fit around it comfortably). Was a great place to vacation.

Amazing house!

Everything is brand new, basement is so much fun for the kids with so many gaming options! Decor is beautiful, nice attention to detail. Location was great for West Mountain and Lake George. Owner is very responsive.

A great trip to lake George

Planned a friends trip to go to winterfest and possibly ski. Weather conditions were to warm and a lot was canceled but we made the best of it. The house is newly renovated and beautiful. Great game/family room downstairs as well as a 5th bedroom. Pleasantly surprised and will be back! The owner was easily reachable with quick response time. Thanks again for a great stay!
