This 3 Bed/2 Ba is so convenient to the Ole Miss campus. Walk to Vaught-Hemingway or Swayze Field. Whether you're coming to Oxford for Game day, Graduation, Orientation, Rush, Parent's Weekend, Sports, Weekend Getaway, Girl's Trip or Oxford's great cuisine, this condo is convenient for all Oxford has to offer. Primary bedroom has a King bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen beds. The condo is in a gated community with elevator access for this 3rd floor unit. You will have keyless entry with Check-in at 12-noon and check-out at 3:00pm. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Open living room and kitchen arrangement make great gathering spaces for your group. The living room also has a "Cord-a-Roy" beanbag that rolls out to a queen size bed to accommodate 2 additional guests.

Tennis courts newly resurfaced, August 2023, and lined for 2 PICKLEBALL Courts as well. Paddles for 4 to play in the condo.
Gas Grill on the balcony for your use.
BEACH TOWELS provided for use at the Pool (in the cabinet under the TV).

Early CHECK-IN at NOON on your day of arrival.
Late CHECK-OUT, 3PM on your day of departure.

Ole Miss Tour and Football game

Our family was extremely comfortable in this spacious condo. We were close to campus and the square. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. Paula was helpful and accessible. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Beautifully decorated, clean, and secure location. Super easy check in and owner was quick to respond to my questions. I particularly liked that it was only about a 15 minute walk to the stadium! The elevator was another plus since we were on the third floor. Owner went the extra mile by providing us with a complementary bottle of wine, coffee, spare toothbrushes, and makeup wipes. The little things mattered! Will stay again if ever in the area.

Graduation weekend

This was a great condo in a great location. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Paula was responsive to questions and she left a nice little graduation gift for my daughter and some goodies for our family. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated! I would definitely book with her again!

Best rental in Oxford.

Perfect location for our Oxford visit. This rental was amazing and perfect for visiting our daughter at Ole Miss. If you are considering staying here don’t delay just book it. You will not be disappointed. The beds and pillows were great. It was very clean and had a great stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for myself my husband, mother and teen daughter. All around a great stay. Highly recommend it.

Great condo in Oxford!

We really enjoyed staying at the is condo for many reasons. The first thing we noticed was a very welcoming note with chocolate and wine that was waiting for us upon our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities and plenty of trash badge which was much appreciated. Also, the condo was within walking distance to the stadium and we loved that there was a wagon to use for things that we were taking to the grove. The owner is super friendly and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay at this condo when we visit Ole Miss! Hotty Toddy.

The unit exceeded our expectations as it was very clean, well decorated, fully furnished, plus within walking distance to Ole Miss. Owners were very communicative and helpful. Would recommend to others
