Enjoy incredible views of Frenchman Bay off the back porch while sipping on your morning cup of coffee and get your day off to a good start. This home's kitchen will be a delight to work on with all the appliances and utensils available at your disposal. Now is the perfect time to treat your loved ones to your famous recipe! Then, once mealtime is over, watch a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. One of the greatest perks of this townhouse is that you can bring your dog along with you! There is no need to look for a dog sitter when you can treat your dog to a great vacation.

Things to Know<
This townhouse is located on Route 3, on which the Bar Harbor Shuttle runs.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
Dog-friendly (30 lbs max). Keep in mind coyotes are in the area, so keep dogs indoors or on a leash.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overall, acceptable property. There was a dampness, and mustiness in the downstairs area (almost like a basement area). The upstairs was much better. The furniture could be more comfortable and maybe add a recliner chair. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed the fresh air. Easy bike ride into town.

Perfect for Family of 4!

We loved it! Very clean, had everything we needed, easy access, perfect location, pretty view, and very spacious 2 br, 2.5 ba. So thankful we found this townhouse. Much better value than nearby hotel options with an easy walk to the downtown area (exactly 1 mile to the grocery store). We felt very lucky!

This condo needs some serious attention and some upgrades that could make this unit very attractive. Dirty walls, stained and stretched carpeting in the bedrooms, stained bathtub and slow draining, no curtains, no color and no pictures or decor. A little overdue maintenance could make this a very desirable rental but not in it's current condition. The location was great and the view was ok, but did not present well in its current condition. Could not get the door lock to work and had to use the key provided.

Needs some care

Check in and check out were very easy. Good phone support. Place could use an upgrade. Microwave didn’t work, Master bathroom sink didn’t drain. Furniture needs updated and could have been cleaner.

Long weekend stay

Modern home appears to be relatively good condition. Beds were comfortable. Just needed sink drains cleaned out. Within a 20 minute walk to Bar Harbor and you could see the water from the balcony.

Nice unit if traveling with dog

Lovely unit, open floor plan, spacious. Good choice if you have a dog. Three bathrooms is a bonus. But it needs a thorough cleaning. Dryer vent was clogged with lint. There was an old dirty rain soaked cot on upper deck. Appliances need a good cleaning. The bedroom rug was stained and smelled, needs rug replacement or a shampoo. If these issues are addressed then you will love staying here

Some good, some bad

The good : decent space on second floor, was available when most of bar harbor was booked. Kitchen was functioning. Nice balcony and view . The larger bedroom was decent. Dedicated parking. The bad: smaller bedroom was awful, wires sticking out of walls, no drawers, insufficient lighting, old mattress+box spring, no headboard. No laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent etc provided (had to call to let them know). The whole place was devoid of any pictures/hangings etc - a bit depressing. No kitchen basics (salt, coffee, sugar, oil etc - make sure to bring everything you need). Some of the furniture really needs updating (worse than cheap motel furniture).

Nice, clean, simple apartment

The apartment had all the basics you need - paper products, kitchen stuff. It was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the water in the distance, and it was a perfect place to share an apartment with a close colleague for a work trip. I only wish that the smaller bedroom had a quiet ductless mini-split air conditioner, rather than the loud, old-school AC wall unit. Also, curtains or something to black out the early-morning Maine sun and provide more privacy in the bedrooms would be nice. A dresser or shelves in the small bedroom would be nice too. All in all, a nice place to stay.
