Excellent property and host! The ranch is a lot of fun! The host was very nice and took us on a tour of the ranch and introduced us to all of the animals. The ranch was awesome with gorgeous scenery and amazing sunsets! The loft apartment was equally nice; roomy yet cozy and inviting! Definitely will go back and recommend!

One night family stay

We spent one night there but it was amazing!Beds were great, kitchen was set up and so functional. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Barb and David! 10/10 would stay again and recommend to our friends! The place was clean and cool. Both Barb and David were very welcoming and great with the kiddos! We felt right at home the whole entire weekend. We walked the farm every morning and every night. My 2 kiddos aren't very trusting of strangers and both of them opened right up with both Barb and David. We truly had the best weekend!

Worked great for our visit

Visiting family and this delta adjacent property was perfect for us! Great bed for the kiddo and the full kitchen was nice. Five stars!

We love staying on the Ranch!

This was our second year visiting the ranch and it’s always a good time. Owners are great at ensuring we have everything we need. Their hospitality is top notch! We will definitely be back.

Great Property!!!

We had a short stay - only two nights. The property was first class. There was so much attention to detail and everything was super clean and organized. A rare find in a short-term property rental. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful

Absolutely loved it. The kids were so excited about the horses and loved getting to "help" do chores. The owners were not only polite but amazing with the kids. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you for your generosity and allowing our family into your ranch.

Little Slice of Heaven

It was perfectly perfect!!! Cozy from the bedroom on through the living/kitchen and into the bathroom. The small deck was a perfect spot for me and Trudie each morning as i drank my coffee and she watched every move the horses made. Thank you Barb and David for being so wonderful. These are 2 of the hardest working people I've ever met and it shows throughout their ranch!!!

Overall we were pleased with the property. My only complaint would be the record setting heat of July was too much for the a/c in the living area. David told me he intended to upgrade the a/c in that part of the property. The a/c in the bedroom worked great. We weren't hanging out at the property during the afternoon so this was a minor inconvenience. Great location for exploring the Grand Mesa! We also went as far south as Ouray and Ridgway State Park.
