This unique place has a style all its own. You'll have your own private cottage within the property w/ 2 parking spaces. This keyless entry and trendy apartment offers a full kitchen, standup shower, queen size bed and couch in the loft that can be converted to your own private bedroom with a queen sleeper. Washer and dryer, workstation are also provided. In-house wifi will be provided as well as two Smart TVs offering apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Located on a private lot driving distance from Downtown Stamford which offers a nightlife filled with bars and chic restaurants. Essential shopping like grocery stores, gyms, pharmacies, coffee shop, etc, just a few blocks away. Nurses, doctors, residents or those doing clinical rotations/fellowships, enjoy being blocks (less than a 3 min. drive) away from the Stamford Hospital! For your daily commute or pure leisure, Stamford Train Station and i95 are conveniently located a short driving distance from the property. You can be in NYC under 45 minutes or enjoy Fairfield County and beyond in scenic CT.

The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. The host was responsive, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit less desirable than expected, which may be worth considering depending on your comfort level.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this place and location. Everything as advertised. Clean, safe area with great parking, convenient to 95 and all of Stamford, comfortable bed, W/D steps away.

Great home base to see NYC.

This was our home base while we explored NYC. The place was lovely and well-appointed. It’s almost a shame that we hardly spent any time there. Just in and out to sleep, shower and eat breakfast, then back to the commuter train into NYC. Found free unlimited street parking a few blocks from the train station. Appreciated access to laundry on our last morning to start the next leg of our trip with fresh clothes.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

The loft was charming, clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The sheets and towels were top notch. It was very quiet and comfortable. Great parking and easy access. We’ll definitely stay there again. It was a five star experience!

Great spot!

Property was as advertised! Perfect for me and my 18 year old son to stay. Clean & safe with plenty of room and stocked kitchen. Easy access with parking. Washer/dryer was just next door and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Land!

My husband and I are relocating to the East Coast and after a week-long drive across the country, we were happy, tired and grateful to arrive at Leti’s lovely apartment for a 3-week stay. It was exactly what we had hoped for —in fact, better than expected. The unit had parking, a fenced yard (with patio table and grassy area), a washer-dryer (with soap provided!) and a wonderful, well-appointed full kitchen and living space. The apartment was extremely clean with new furnishings and thoughtful, pretty decor. The bed was comfortable and the linens fresh and clean. An upstairs loft area with skylight provided the perfect spot for my husband to work-from-home. Location-wise, the neighborhood is busy, but we did not have any problems with noise and it was only a five-minute drive to a cute downtown with great restaurants. It was also super close to freeway entrances which made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. New York City was about an hour’s drive away and it was only 15 minutes to hiking trails, or in the other direction, shopping, etc. Bottom line, we loved our stay here and were impressed with Leti’s quick and efficient communication and response times. She addressed any and all questions that arose in a helpful, friendly and professional way. We would definitely stay again and would recommend booking with her without hesitation.
