Bedroom #3: full loft with a queen-size bed, twin bed, bathroom, and view of the lake


LIVING ROOMS:
Large new sofa, 2 armchairs, ceiling fan, flat-screen smart TV and a fully functioning rustic fireplace.


BATHROOMS:
One full bathroom and one half to ensure everybody has plenty of privacy, which includes basic toiletries.


KITCHEN:
Features charming retro appliances and beautiful wood cabinets.
Stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could need, plus essentials like a coffee maker and a toaster.
Savor meals in style at the dining table, which has seating for at least 6.


LARGE DESK:
Directly off the living room is the expansive deck, which overlooks Highland Lakes and has a full outdoor table, a grill and a couple of lounge chairs.
The deck is the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco, watch the sunset with a drink in hand, or stargaze at night.

OUTDOORS:
The outdoor space offers a private backyard with parking for up to 4 cars and the lakefront area.
Backyard is complete with outdoor chairs, a fire pit by the lake and a sprawling lawn.

➡The property is reached by going down a set of stairs from the driveway.
➡You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info.
➡For Pets/animals, please contact me before making your reservation to check specific restrictions and fees.
➡Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10PM.
➡Dock is closed for the winter and will be accessible again by the beginning of Spring.

➡Please make sure to only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Even items marked as 'flushable' such as baby wipes should NOT be flushed as they can damage the septic system and cause major disruption to your stay.
