** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
Snowater Condo #33 - A Little Slice of Heaven! Your family will enjoy the mountain experience in this 1-bedroom, 1-bath ground-floor condo. Accessed by descending four steps, youâll discover one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed augmented by plenty of closet space, one full bath, a galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and an open concept living and dining area with a hide-a-bed, a small flat screen monitor, a great gas fireplace, a dining table with seating for 4-persons, plus a walk-out balcony with great territorial views. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4 people (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their inviteeâs actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
