The community pool is only steps away. The beach is an easy walk with scenic views along the way. If transporting beach provisions is important, take the car or rent a golf cart. Beachside parking is two minutes away!

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL ACCESS: The Marsh Hawk community has five “4-villa” buildings, and Villa 1-D is nearest to the pool, providing poolside furnishings, grilling area, and restrooms. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Follow Retreat Beach Circle east toward the ocean, going by lake and saltmarsh vistas. Once at the traffic circle fountain, continue toward the ocean to the left of the tennis courts where the resort’s oceanfront common-use parking area and sundecks are located. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. Capture saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life. Explore Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and historic Georgetown. Experience nearby award-winning golf courses and chartered boating excursions. Sample exceptional local restaurants – many within walking distance or an easy drive away.

GOLF CARTS are a fun, convenient way to shuttle the family and gear to and from the beach. Call us about golf cart rentals in the area (guests cannot bring trailered vehicles into the resort).

RESORT FEE: A mandatory Resort Fee of $15 per reserved night ($210 cap) required by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA is subject to taxes and must be collected in full on each reservation.

DISCLOSURE: One outdoor Kami home camera faces the front porch.
