Great place to stay!

This condo is located right on the beach with beautiful views. Close to shopping and dining and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Very clean and can tell it’s been renovated. Swimming pool is very conveniently located to the condo and great for kids and family. Owner was very helpful with any questions. Very easy to book and to do business with. Will Definitely stay again!

Great Value

Good place to stay and great location. I’m 99% sure that the beds are doubles, not queens, and could use a few more plates, cups, and utensils in the kitchen. Other than that a solid stay.

Last Minute Family Getaway

We really wanted to go on vacation before the kids went back to college. Luckily we found this place right on the beach. It was just right for the five of us. We were right next to StarBucks and the River City Cafe. Only issue we had was finding parking some nights when we came back late. However, we did learn that there is another parking garage we could use. It’s just a little farther away. Overall we had a great time.

College move in weekend

We stayed at the property with another couple - both of us were moving our sons into their college apartment for the year. It was nice to be on the beach and have space in the condo to enjoy after the crowds during move in. Overall, a comfortable condo in a convenient location

Nice and convenient

Very happy with our stay here. The accommodations were as advertised. On site property manager was very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the fact it was right on the beach. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

Beautiful views

This condo was clean and had the most beautiful views. Loved walking out onto the beach to watch the sunrise. Mr. Todd was also very quick to respond to any messages. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer! We will be back!

Great Stay

Great stay. No real complaints. Communication with owner and checkin went great. Some items in the unit are showing age and wear but again overall great. Location great for the beach. Sand Dunes resort itself showing age and needs updating much more so than the unit itself.

Great spot

We liked the location and it was comfortable for 6 of us. We really liked the extra sink outside the bathroom and laundry in the unit. Good pool and beach access. Todd was very helpful when we needed things. Silverware was a bit sparse but we made it work! I agree with the other poster that it needs more towel bars in the blue bathroom. Overall it was a good spot for our family.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious and had amazing views from the balcony decks! We plan on returning and have recommended it to everyone who asked about our vacation. Todd the property manager was so attentive and helpful and quickly answered all of our questions and recommended a few nice restaurants and they were great!
