Entire home is yours! Very private.

Park in driveway or on the street. Just a couple blocks from a bus stop.

Trip to the river

We stayed Friday- Sunday was enough space for 6 adults and 1 child. 3 rooms (1 king, 2 king beds) with 2 baths. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Great stay for 2 and a pup

The stay was great and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to the expressway and to restaurants and gas stations. Easy to find and the whole process was easy. The fenced yard was great for my dog who had lots of space to run. Three good sized bedrooms (though we only used one) and comfortable living room where we watched movies. I’ll be staying here again.

Great Stay for long weekend in SA

This house was a great place for our family on a long weekend trip to San Antonio. The only downside to the property was its location from many of the things that we wanted to do in San Antonio-but we knew that when we booked it. With that said, the travel during the day was not bad at all and would not deter us from staying at this property again. The house was clean and communication with the property owners/managers was very prompt and appreciated. I would definitely not hesitate to book this house again.

Family weekend getaway

Booked a week before our trip with the goal to be close to Six Flags, La Cantera, and my parents favorite restaurant Papacito’s. Also had to find a spot that allowed us to bring our pups. Everything was within a good reasonable distance, clean, and super friendly neighborhood. I felt comfortable taking my dogs out for walks in the evening. Our hosts had great communication and we will absolutely stay here again.

A Home Away from Home

My family and I had the most wonderful vacation. The location was perfect. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated their attention to detail. Perfect For What We Needed

This is property was just a perfect stay for us because it was only needed to sleep/shower, not around during the day! It is a very plain-Jane not much extra care put into the house. The one thing that does concern me is almost all the electric plugs are loose when something is plugged in, some don't have face plates and this is a huge fire hazard! Contact with property manager was great and very quick to respond. Overall, this is a good choice for anyone just needing a place to sleep.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Plenty of good restaurants nearby to choose from. It was strange using a key to lock the door, it would have been nice to have access to the garage. There are big, loud barking dogs as neighbors which was annoying at times. No TV in the bedrooms. Would I choose this house again, yes.

Run down and tired

Grass hasn't been cut in 3 months, Tiles in the house are cracked everywhere. Shower heads are horrible Outlets in kitchen dont work Peeling paint Patches not painted Wood trim eaten by termites Toilet shimmed with something unknown Ice maker in fridge doesnt work Door lock is impossible to lock Neighbors dogs are extremely loud TV is small and hard to operate No tv in rooms Ac worked great though. Couch was comfortable. Take a week and freshen things up It would go a long way.

Recommend this home

This home was spacious and as described by listing. Close to lots of things. But also close to what I thought was a very busy part of town, could be that all of San Antonio is that busy, as it was my first visit as an adult. The bathrooms were clean but could use more shelf area. Lots of storage space in bedrooms and closets. Only one key available to the unit but we made that work. Comfortable furniture and bedding!! The kitchen could use a little more stocking as far as dishes and cookware but we were able to make work with what we had. Nice, big refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was great, just adding a few suggestions to make it more comfortable for others in the future but these things wouldn't keep me from staying here again. :)

Very poor.

No hot water for 2 days upon arrival. No fridge for 2 days after thunder storm. Handyman was not available over a weekend. Thin bedspread, no blankets. One very small towel in main bathroom for five days of showers. No bath soap and other amenities. Generally, poorly maintained and cheap cheap.

Robert, I want to apologize that you were disappointed by your stay. That's never what we want to hear from our guests, and I am so sorry this was your experience. We appreciate your feedback. It seems there was a bit of misunderstanding between us about the soap and towels, as there was still a stack/supply remaining in the bathroom cabinets, upon our cleaner's arrival. We do our best to provide each of the amenities we offer in our listing. We are now placing extra blankets in the closets- I can see that would have been frustrating to not have on hand. We were also happy to turn the water heater up extra hot upon your request. I am very sorry about the fridge not cooling properly during the end of your stay- we were able to get it repaired, upon your checkout. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback.

Be alright with NO frills, and no assistance from homeowner

One of the first things I noticed was the WiFi was NOT correct. Luckily I know to look on the modem, not sure everyone does. There three nights and have TWO tablets to run the dishwasher. Ok, just wash by hand. Yeah, that was the cheapest most watered down dish soap EVER. We also washed everything before we used it as some of the dishes and silverware were simply NOT clean. Plus a lot of really simple kitchen items were absent. Ice maker does not work. I would suggest updating the shower to have a handheld/removable head. Both showers while you are at it. Also the giant board/tile whatever shimming up the toilet in the master is ridiculous. It's a solution a kid in junior high would laugh at. Want to wash clothes, well too bad they leave the washer and dryer full of a previous load. Sure I can do their laundry first, but come on. A lot of little things, but I likely would have ONLY positive reviews if they would have returned ONE call. Called multiple times and left several voicemails. Seems like you only get some automated reply here, but one of those says to call and they'll call back. No, Steve, you didn't!!!! Pros: It's kinda close to SeaWorld and the AC works just fine.

Adorable rental near sea world

Super cute house in a nice neighborhood very near Sea World. Owner was super communicative and made things easy. House was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were very comfy! My only (small) complaints were the low water pressure in the showers and remembering to keep up with an actual house key! We would definitely stay here again!!
