The space
As you enter through the front door, there is a spacious sitting room and dining room off the wide hallway. The kitchen also has another, separate eating area. In addition, there’s a further sitting room downstairs.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with en-suite. A further guest bedroom (queen bed) with an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds) share a family bathroom. All bathrooms have tubs. There’s also a dedicated office with a height adjustable desk and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Outside in the patio, there’s patio furniture and an eating area with chairs. Guests may use the Weber (gas) BBQ.

The neighbourhood
Redondo Beach is a safe, family friendly beach community. It borders Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend having a car to really take advantage of all the South Bay and LA have to offer. There are two parking spots on the driveway and street parking around the property. If you park on the street, please take note of the street sweeping signs!

-Guests have full access to the house except for the garage and wardrobe in the master bedroom.
-House has an alarm with a security camera at the entrance. The camera does not look into internal spaces.
-Please note, our gardener comes for approx. 20 mins every Thursday morning. He has access to the outside garden but not the house.
-Weekly cleaning required for longer stays.
