My husband stayed there for a work trip. The house was clean. The host was very welcoming and easy to get a hold of and kept communication throughout his day.

This was our 2nd stay here and we loved being here. There’s enough room for my kids to spread out, they enjoyed the pond and watching the fishes and swinging on the swing set. We love eating on the back porch and enjoying the beautiful weather.

It was a spacious house and easily accommodated the nine of us. I would say that the pictures made the property seem a lot more spread out than it really is, and it's right off a U.S. highway. There's even a house right close by. However, we never heard the traffic, and everything worked out fine.

Sweet Little Farm House

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed eating outside on the back porch in the morning. We didn’t get to explore the grounds much bc we were off visiting family but there’s plenty outside also.

Stress Free Stay

This was the second time my family and I stayed at this house. Easy check in, good price, comfortable accommodations and beds, kayaking in the pond, and good location makes this an ideal rental. Hosts are always very welcoming and friendly.

Very Homey

This property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread-out. The beds were super comfortable. The den was relaxing and a great gathering space. Our family loved the ping-pong table. It was a great space for everyone to be together and enjoy family time. The location was perfect for what we had planned.

Perfect for Families

Our youngest son was getting married at Big Horse Equestrian Center and we need a place central to the event. The house was 8 minutes from the venue. The owner answered all of our questions quickly and even allowed us an EARLY check in time. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults), a teenage boy and groomsmen to spread out, relax and have personal space. We loved the house, the location was perfect for our needs and the owner was beyond accomodating. We would definitely stay here again!!

The best of the best we have stayed in!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this lovely country home and the surrounding property. The home has so much charm! "If those walls could talk, I know that they would have told us about all the love that went on in this old family home!" Owners Beaver & Kathy were very friendly and were the perfect host! There home is very close and they didn't bother us until we needed them! I highly recommend this large 3 story home for families! Available games, blocks, and books are there to enjoy also!

Rest and relaxation

The property is absolutely beautiful. We loved every minute of our stay. Our teenagers really enjoyed exploring. (They actually went outside!!!) Our son had a blast walking the woods, fishing in the pond and swinging on the tire swing. Our Daughters who are very artistic enjoyed the options of inspiration for anything from photos to paintings. The house offered the perfect amount of space for our Family BBQ style reception without feeling cramped. Our kids loved the "kids room" upstairs. The back deck was wonderful spot for hanging out with a cup of coffee, chatting and enjoying the morning. The location was wonderful for us. It's a short straight drive to the beaches on St. Simon's (where we got married during our stay) & Jekyll Island. And far enough away for that laid back countryside comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spring break stay

My family enjoyed staying at the home. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home as well as playing basketball and fishing in the pond. Our family went one day to St. Simon's, two days at Jekyll Island and one day at Cumberland Island. Overall we enjoyed our stay! It is always a balance between cost and convenience so for the money was great to be able to go to three different places. It did take us longer to get to places so we just packed up for each day and did not go out once we came home to clean up. The home is also not secluded so was noisier than I expected. Also was fun to read a book the homeowners wrote. Always neat to hear perspectives on issues you mutually have an interest in. As adoptive parents it is fun to meet (even through just a book) other parents who have had the joy of adopting to grow their family. If you enjoy playing games and need an affordable place to stay near Brunswick this might be a good option for you.

Nice place

Enjoyed the rental. It’s a nice, spacious place with a good layout and privacy. Jekyll Island is a short drive and a must see. The host is a pleasure to deal with. Good vibes. Definitely recommended.

Perfect for big families

We really enjoyed our weekend at the house! We were just in town for a wedding, so the location and amenities were perfect for our trip. There was enough room for all three families and our kids. The house is spacious and the property has room for the kids to run around and play. There is a playground and a little pond where my 11 year old caught a half dozen fish in just under an hour. It was the perfect place for us to come together for a quick weekend getaway!
