With stainless steel appliances, dark countertops, double ovens, a gas range, island seating, and all of the cookware you could imagine, the chef of the group will have no trouble preparing recipes with ease. Plus, the adjacent dining table can accommodate the whole gang. When you want to keep it a bit more casual, gather in front of the warmth of the woodstove as you reminisce with loved ones on the sectional sofa. This level is also home to the primary suite, complete with a fireplace, TV, and en suite bathroom boasting a deep soaking tub.

If you are looking for a bit more excitement, head downstairs to the game room/bar area and indulge in a bit of friendly competition at the pool table. Whipping up favorite cocktails will be a breeze with the full refrigerator, kegerator, ample glassware, blender, sink, and dishwasher. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
